Which wheel has the better odds?
Well, the first wheel you picked is literally set up like this... 1-2-3-4-5 6-7-8-9-10 and the second doesn't even guarantee a prize. I wouldn't suggest putting the same wheel down 10 times, unless you mean you are going to change the numbers. I personally like 2w4if5of7 or 4w4if5of7 wheels because they are cheap enough that you can play 3 or 4 of them.
