Welcome to Lottery Post! Hope you find these forums useful for game stradegy or just some feedback.
1: Banks require electronic transfer when dealing with amounts over 250,000. Thus the State lottery would have to do the transfer to a verified account within the United States. If from out of country winner, same rule applies it must transfer to a State account Held by an executor and then from there thru the International banking System.
2: Safes can be built and firproofed as well noted b

After the big win (5 million or more)
I wanted to think long and hard about my answer before posting it because I felt that there was a difference between initial surprise reactions compared with actions taken. Of course my first reaction would take my eyebrows to heights it's never seen before. But what would I physically do after the mental explosions were over?
I'd call the Airlines and get a first class ticket to CALI BABY!!!!!!!!.......................THAT NIGHT....lol
If I could leave Floriduh without winning a jackpot,

GASMETERGUY,
You seem to believe that because an algorithym does not presently exist, that one is not possible.
Unless humans learn how to see into the future, I believe this to be true.
In PA the Evening Daily Number is a 3 digit Base 10 number drawn with 3 ping pong ball machines. The expected value of playing this game with Straight Win tickets is 50 for each $1 wagered, since the odds are 1:1000 but the payout is only $500. Let's assume, for the sake of argument, that you found a

Kansas: 10/1 - 10/31/2010
Nothing playable hit Kansas 756. But 840 rundown boxed it 3 times as you can see in the quote. i want to see if the 756 is in the +222 rundown
790
912
134
356
578
790
The hit is usually there if there is one even and 2 odds or 2 evens and 1 odd. Thru backtesting this doesn't always happen like it does in a full rundown

RJOh,
I believe it's possible to come up with a system that improves the odds of winning.
If you're referring to winning money over the long haul, I disagree.
If you mean increasing the NUMBER of WINNING TICKETS, I agree!
I doubt if playing lotteries can ever be profitable without winning a few second prizes or eventually a jackpot.
I Agree!

California woman receives surprise $1 million lottery check
Unfortunately, you have to move now victor.
Think about what the odds against two big winners being a block away from each other are.
Can you say super, ultra-astronomical? I knew you could.
I would recommend you move to Arizona. You don't need any permit to open-carry guns there which makes it a fun place to live.
It drives the libs absolutely insane!
I used to go to popular lib meccas like Sedona and I would be absolutely bristling with weaponry and I'd just walk up and do

Virginia Lottery Scratch Offs appear to be huge scam
You didn't specify but I know those 22 tickets were not in a row, because in VA there are only 20 tickets on $20 rolls. Reguardless you just caught a string of loosers. It happens and that's why it's called gambling. The overall odds are 1 in 2.71, but that does in no way mean you are going to win by buying 3 or more tickets. You may go to one store and buy 4 tickets back-to-back and loose on every one. Then you may go to another store and buy 4 more tickets back-to-back and 3 or 4 of them yeild

New research finds that people who give up on unattainable goals are physically and mentally healthier than 'bulldogs' who persevere against all odds.

My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
Jimmy
So if I post the last lets say $100.00 of tickets that I have purchased for my 5-39 game and show
that I have beat the odds you have listed above then you will go away; I don't think that you will.
You will come back with some kind of remark that I must have spent thousands of dollars to produce
the winning tickets. Since I posted that I would post my winning tickets I have spent less than $100.00
total. here is a rough estimate of my play
Just going from memeory
$13.0
