Stack47,
Thanks for a reasonable statement of your position. I don't agree with everything above, especially your tendency to mix Odds with Payouts, but since I've addressed these issues several times already, I don't think it's worth nit-picking your post.
What I think your post above illustrates very well, although you didn't intend to do it, is that the various betting styles and game choices you mentioned must be made by each individual player based on their comfort for Draw Downs. The

Stack47,
You're really wasting your time and mine.
I think it would be of benefit to you if you spent some time going back over this thread.
All the resources you need to keep your bets sufficiently spread over the Universes of each game are provided right here at LotteryPost.com, many of them free. There is no need for you to pay charlatans for systems alleging to beat the odds.
And I'm sorry, but it looks like I overestimated you in my last post above.

Pick10 bah bye
1) I don't know of ANY Lottery game where they draw twice as many numbers needed to win the Jackpot.
2) Despite it being a 10 number right (80 number pool) game there are many ways to reduce things and better your odds, similar to that of any other Jackpot game. A very interesting game to anylyze and stratergize(there...I misspelled at least two things in a sentence)
3) the $500,000 prize is guaranteed. Your extremely likely to never have to split it with anyone.
For reasons like this,

PS.
I have to give you credit -- You're making a valiant effort to extract yourself from your current predicament.
Above, you said, While all the numbers have the same odds of being drawn only 5 of the 39 will be.
Now, THAT is a BRILLIANT deduction!
Thank you very much and hope it helps you make better predictions. I can't take all the credit because
I really think that most people already knew this, but always Glad to help you out.

Now if I remove one number for each of the 3 positions then I have only 729 possible sets to choose from of the original 1000. 1 in 729 vs 1 in 1000.
A few pages back I mentioned other probabilities and the cause and effect each digit has on the others, but was told it was irrelevant because it had nothing to do with Jim's statistics. However there are three individual drawings and it's impossible for all three digits to repeat if any one of them doesn't. With Jim's statistics, each digit p

Mega jackpot is right where I would want to win
there are enough players to buy out all combinations when Mega jackpots reach $100 million high.
that statement is so wrong its sad
even if all 50 states could play mega millions
you would never see even half of all combinations sold to a jackpot at lest over 300m range
the truth of the cold hard facts
just cease More people CAN play, does not mean they Play
onless the jackpot in the high 250m ish range, not even close to 50% of all combinations sold
odds

Stack47,
Everything you've observed is within range of the expected. I guess I need to be more clear about why these results are being reported here.
I am NOT proposing that any of these Systems be used by anyone with expectations of making a profit over time.
What I'm hoping is that, at some point, a few people will come to the realization that it really doesn't matter what sort of System they use in this PA game. I am confident that, on average, buying one $1 Straight ticket per day,

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
Well, anything is definitely possible. But, let's remember that we're talking pure odds relative to numbers and patterns. It would require, and I quote, the repeatability of the perfect turn of events for a single person to accomplish such a feat with QP's, okay. Let's be realistic The guy from Florida did, in fact, use the term method which implies that he utilized an educated approach via numbers (mathematics) to do what he did.
Now, I'm not going to say that there wasn't some luck involved

What states should have for lottery slogans
Well with RNG and this rotten Lucky Lines game Michigans slogan should be-
Bend over and grease up and start a barkin like a pup.
Lets see...
Michigan ruined the Keno when it went RNG....Classic 47 ruined also (it takes way too long to grow and should be changed)...Fantasy 5 is RNG...Powerball odds are too high.
The best game in Michigan right now is Mega Millions but even that is getting wrecked because there are too many other games that are sucking money away from the goo

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
I usually play my own picks because I don't want any weird combos. But..... Monday night someone won Tx 2 Step on a QP which makes 14 QP winners against 4 PP winners this year, and someone won Tx Lotto last night on a QP which makes it 20 QP winners against 10 PP winners this year. And if you go back to past years you will find similar results.
I won't say one way is BETTER than the other, and most people buy QP's, therefore there will be more winners by QP, but I am thinking maybe the way to
