If Your State Had Both Powerball and Mega Millions
Good point about the option to not play at all and switch to the state lottery, I didn't think of that.
But on the other hand I've always felt it's worth a buck to play the big jackpot games no matter what the odds are or how low the jackpot is.
That's because even though you're fairly certain not to win; if you don't have a buck in you're definitely certain not to win.
The only certainty is that somebody's buck is going to win millions at some point.
I play a buck each time and with

here is my 2 cents on winning verses losing.
from what i have seen, the key to this pick 3 game is NOT to play everyday. if you are studying numbers correctly, you will see that you can jump in and out, kinda like jumping rope. its not wise to play everyday, thats just plain crazy unless you got doe to toss ncel. with all this data we have here you can better your odds of winning than just playing WHAT U THINK WILL FALL everyday. i watch numbers and see how they fall as well as study workouts

Way to go to all winners today...
I would have to be loaded with money to buy them 20 dollar tickets.
One can spend and lose a lot of money on them...
Vergie you have bought what 4 of them which is 80 dollars..
And only won two 50 dollars winners..That is not good odds there.
Spending 80 dollars to win 20 don't sound to good to me..
But one never knows were the big winner is in them tickets..

POWER PLAY POSITION ON 20/80 KENO LIVE OR VIDEO KENO
Observe when the Power number 22 hits in the same game with #31 this combination is highly likey to spawn = #39 (following 3/4 games)
Don't risk a penny, just back test on previous keno results check how often this occurs, not each and every time, mind you, but still above the odds!

Why do the folks in the East always seem to win??
I want to thank all that have responded to my question.
First off, I in no way didn't like the answer that I got when I asked this question the first time, I just never felt that I had the answer explained fully.
Secondly, I think I understand the responses that I got this time, just a little let down in the sense, if I understand correctly, that since I live in a state that had low numbers of tickets sold compared to the higher population centers of the East, that my chances of winning a

North Carolina New Game
This was a News and Observer article but it does not give detail as to when this game comes out and neither does the NC website.
The North Carolina lottery has come up with a new scratch-off ticket game offering the chance to win some very big bucks. But you have to be ready to shell out some big bucks to play.
The lottery is starting its first $20 scratch-off ticket, the $200 Million Extravaganza. The $200 million refers to the total prize money available, not the amount a single p

The Illinois Halloween Raffle
The odds are that way because there are no small prizes. You either win a big prize or nothing at all.
There are 4 one million dollar prizes.
Five $100,000 prizes.
And 500 $1,000 prizes.
There will only be 500,000 tickets sold.
Sounds like it's worth a shot to me.
Good luck!

What is the probability of this happening again?
All high/ all low isn't a 500/500 proposition. High and low each have 5 digits, so there are 125 (5*5*5) numbers that qualify. That means that you should expect all high (as well as all low, all odd, or all even) in 1 of every 8 drawings. Since the odds of having it happening again in the next drawing would also be 1 in 8, we would expect it to happen twice in a row once every 64 drawings. Compare that to once in every 4 for flipping a coin.
The probability that it won't happen for any number

What Is Your Real Profession??
First of all, this is not your thread. I wouldn't reply to your thread if you paid me because it's a total waste of time replying to your long winded preaching which is just a constant rehash of the meaningless pep talk you've been spouting from the getgo. I must admit, I read some of it from time to time for the laughs. Thanks for the entertainment.
Secondly, I was replying to Four4me. It seems you have a guilty conscience cause you felt I was referring to you and others who have come here i
