Help on new lottery system
I think i come up with pretty good lottery system, and i need a little bit of your help. For example in my state
Illinois chances to match 3 numbers in little lotto which has balls from 1-39 are 1:103.My idea is to
write down all these 103 combinations to match these 3 numbers. They payout to match 3 numbers is
10$ and for matching 4 numbers is 100$.So if i play 3 number combination, there are good odds i will
match 4 numbers and even all 5.All i need is the right software which will sho

Mechanical Random Number Generator
Here's how I built my mechanical RNG, modify it as you wish for whatever kind of game you want.
I built mine mostly for Virginia's cash 5 which is a 5 in 34 game.
I took 34 soft drink plastic bottle tops, mine are yellow, and with a good permanent magic marker
I numbered each one on the outside 1 thru 34. Then put them in a box or container (even a plastic grocery bag, and blow it up like a balloon) and shake it. Then pick one without looking at the number and continue shaking and

Powerball Machine Number and Ball Set
WRONG.
I have THOROUGHLY used Test draw data for almost 3 years, and there is nothing there 'solid' enough to use in predicting numbers in the next game. I have Excel spreadsheets with ALL this data on it.
And yes, of course folks' numbers have been picked in the test games and not the real games, but that also goes the other way: folks' numbers have been picked in the real games but not the test games.
I have not seen ANYTHING in the ballsets or ball machines used to indicate a 'hot' n

Florida Lottery Raffle drawing crowns 9 new millionaires
One million Florida Lottery tickets had a shot at winning $1 million, and nine of those are officially chosen as the big winners.

If you can guess just one digit ...you win if no double +
.....Another advantage with Doubles
If we go wild one day and play for Straights instead of Boxes we have a lot better chance with our doubles plays.
Singles .... we have a 1 n 24 chance at a Straight .
With Doubles..... we have a 1 n 12 shot !
Better Odds .... Bigger Wins..... Much Much better shot at a Straight . I like em'
P.S.
Even if we were to play all the singles under one digit..... its 21.00 bucks .....as opposed to 27 for doubles...... f

If you can guess just one digit ...you win if no double +
Sure ..... I got a million ways to figure double or single. LOL Doesn't everyone?
At least in Pick 4 it's almost a 50/50 shot . Even if your wrong its only going to be about HALF the time. LOL Unlike the Cash 3 game .....where it's 3 to 1 basically.
The conclusion for me is .... why fret over which way to go ...... always play doubles ! That way you don't have to torture over which way to play. (( unless your state just had 3 or 4 doubles in a row....then I would be partial to a single

Powerball lottery drawings will move to Florida
After 16 years in the Heartland, Powerball is moving south.
The lottery game is moving its televised drawings from Iowa to Florida.
Florida decided to join the Multi-State Lottery Association last summer and offer the game in January. It's also getting a new look, new odds and a bigger jackpot.
Executive Director Chuck Strutt says details, including the location of a new studio, are still being worked out, but the first drawing from Florida is set for Jan. 7.
A new face is also comin

what are the odds
You can calculate your odds more easily by calculating how likely the lottery is to miss your numbers.
Multiplication rule of independent events
If you have 10 picks, the lotto has a 990/1000 chance of missing your numbers (99/100) each day for 28 days.
(99/100)^28 = .7547 (or 75.47%)
This leaves you at a 24.53% chance to win $500 over a 28 day period with 10 tickets for each day.
Long story short: $280 purchase with 24.53% chance to win $500. Wouldn't take that myself personally.
