I'll never win any Jackpot
I am not trying to encourage anyone to bet the farm but........
I am sure you would agree that (if you had won) your posts would be quite different in nature. Although this is a game; many successful folks have overcome ridiculous odds (and risked alot) in many areas of life. In business, life, sports etc.....
When someone tells me forget it, you'll never make it . I am usually even more encouraged. If I had a nickel for everytime someone told me that, I wouldnt need the lottery.

No Wobe Sister numbers /Ga Midday
No Wobe Sister numbers on Midday in several draws. So ....what do we think is due? Hmmm..
Now notice this... all the doubles are pulled out leaving just the Singles. The odds or probabilities are still around 50/50 just using singles.

powerball and mega challenges
benmas,
You have a very good point. I dabbled with that strategy on and off. Many times, actually about half the time the first position number will be a teen or even a number in the 20's. And many times the last number will be in the 40's (not sure of the percentage). Of course, like you say, it could be another decade missing in a draw. But, like picking numbers, it's pretty hard to guess which decade is going to skip in a particular draw.
I just took a look at my excel file where I have

powerball and mega challenges
Interesting you should notice that. I rate the numbers 1-9 as singles; 10-19 as teens; 20-29 as 20's; as so on. I have an excel file that shows how many times each number played in each position since Jan 2005. This tells me that the singles play the most often in the 1st position. No surprise there. Teens play most often in the 2nd position. 20's play most often in the 3rd, 40's most often in the 4th, and 50's in the 5th. Of course, this is not cut in granite. Different decades play in differen

New Florida Lotto playslips a bother to some
The $15 million, just like the money for every other lottery prize, comes from all of the tickets that have to be sold to get a winner. Any game with a minimum payout might lose money (or make less than anticipated) on any individual drawing, but probability guarantees that they will make almost exactly what they expect in the long run.
The odds of winning the Florida game are are roughly 1 in 23 million, so they can expect to sell 23 million tickets for every ticket that wins the jackpot. Th

10-number system
Most systems are based on 'it worked once, it should work again' and people check past results and look for consistency. And they are counting on the fact their method will remain consistent but usually find out it won't.
I don't know of a consistent way to arrange the digits, but if I was playing 10 straight combos, I would uses all 30 digits. You could find out which digits followed and put them in an order of most to least in all three columns. You could check digit frequency over differen

Tampa Bay Derby - Sat. 3/15
Check out the show prices in this race:
Tampa Bay Downs - Race 12
# Win Place Show
6 $16.40 $5.80 $25.20
7 . $6.60 $27.80
5 . . $76.40
War Monger had about 96% of the show pool and he finished out of the money. I had # 7 to win at about 8/1 odds. Should have bet him to show.

Tampa Bay Derby - Sat. 3/15
Tampa Bay Derby / Tampa Bay Downs, 12th Race
#3 War Pass (2/5) is the horse to beat. Not only in this race but all the way to the KY Derby. He is 5 for 5 and has never been headed at any call of his races and beats this field hands-down in speed ratings.
He is the probable winner but his morning line odds of 2/5 are not inviting. This is not a race to be looking for value though. His last race was against much easier company in his first start this year but he won easily without being enco

buying lottery tickets
I already posted, but I want to add something in response to some of the posts.
To avoid getting quick picks for the wrong game, just mark a card if that's an option in your state.
Regarding all the responses like what if my number comes up and I didn't buy it? or maybe it's an omen, if the odds are already so astronomical that only 1 combination in 23 million can win, and with games like PB and MM as much as 1 in 176 million, then what are the chances the one you don't buy will hit that
