Is statistics method really useful to predict drawing number?
I've running a service for almost 5 years to predict lotteries using statistics. I can not share the site or link as per the Lottery Post user agreement. We correctly predicted 5 of 5 in the Rolling Cash 12 times in 2007 and 3 times so far in 2008. To prove my point we are currently running an experiment in the Ohio Rolling Cash Lottery. You can see the top numbers we are predicting under my Lottery Post user name BillSam2008. The fifth line was a mistaken entry on my part and will not be part o

Which gives me a better chance of winning a lottery?
KY Floyd - first I'll answer the mortgage question. You wrote... for a houseand selling in a few years and in my last post one word was missing, since I wrote less than two years. I can't blame you if I made a typo, but I'm not sure your answer would have been any different. To the best of my knowledge, not many lending institutions give great rates for flips, if they lend money for them at all, but I only know about the company I mentioned in which I trained (which didn't offer them.) Also I'm

Which gives me a better chance of winning a lottery?
Hmmm a jp with 1:10 odds ... o.k
1 ticket bought = 1 in 10
2 tickets bought = 2 in 10 (or 1 in 5)
3 tickest bought = 3 in 10
4 tickest bought = 4 in 10 (or 2 in 5) and so on
5 tickest bought = 5 in 10 (or 1 in 2), or 50/50 <-- but writing it that way can be confusing in this context.
it will always be total number of tickets bought / total number of combos

Using Gail Howard's Systems
I have used Gail Howards systems for years with much sucess. I should have won 3 jackpots and I forget how many 2nd and 3rd place prizes. its not her fault I didn't win...its mine.
the reason GH's systems don't work for some, is that they are not willing to put the time into it. most people just go with the smartpicks.
you have to remember when Gail wrote her systems she based her Master Lottery Guide on all kinds of games from pick 4's, to 5/32's to 6/49's and even 80+# keno games.

Ny pick 3 02/01 thru 02/29 2008
If you go back to November 12th, 2007 that was the last time the double 88's have hit (588 was the winning # on that day). Thats 193 draws since they have hit, and that is out longer than any other double.I have no clue when the 88's will hit but my 3 top straight choice IF they do hit will be 818, 858, 288.They will probaly go OVER 200 DRAWS without hitting BUT 193 draws is a very long time for a double to not hit.

(NY) play 8820..etc Where the 88's in win 4??
Update February 8th Midday: 1788 second box hit from the 88's I had it listed boxed as 8871.Thats the 5th time the 88's hit after being out for 80 draw's 8839 hit, 8849 8873 hit AND 1788 just hit so 4 times not 5 the 88's have hit.Odds are highly against that the double 88's will hit again. Also three trips have hit in the midday recently. That means they'll eventually catch up in the evening but triples in win 4 dont hit that frequently so they WILL stop hitting after hitting 3 times in the midda

FL Ca$h 3 Testing
I'll do my best to help get those hits. Last night, my pick 3 prediction almost hit the pick 4 game missing by 1 number, so for the heck of it, I applied my system of the pick 3 to the pick 4's just to see what would happen.
I came up with 785690 for tonights pick 4
7856,7859,7850,7569,7560,7690,8569,8560,8590,5690
Box these for 10 combos, if it comes out, you make $200.
The number 3 is getting me a little cautious as it's reared its head up a few times in my calcs, so add a 3 in the

Dear Governor Rendell
Dear Governor Rendell,
Are you aware of what our Lottery Executives are doing? I am writing you to protest decisions they are making that continue to destroy the PA Lottery as well as the enthusiasm of those who play in our great state.
One, the number matrix of the very popular Cash 5 Game, a game won at least every other night on average, is increasing from 39 numbers to 43 numbers and this increases the odds against Pennsylvanians winning. This is probably the most popular PA game yet
