I created a software program to simulate the lottery. I've been playing 30,000 numbers at one time and have spent a total of a simulated 900,000 numbers, no jackpot. I used the real drawing numbers from the Florida state lottery page. I press a button to generate 30,000 random numbers, and another to find a match in the list of 30,000 numbers. I hope to hit the jackpot before I play over 2 million numbers. It gives you a realistic idea of the odds of winning. If I would of played all of

The digit 3 hit tonight ..... as 633 The same box number it left with 15 days ago!! 336 If they come back that early...and they do .. I lose most times. The tickets are 1 winner out of 4... Exactly, but it looks like some people believe that means that every fourth ticket is a winner. It means that they don't have to have 75 winners on a roll of $1 tickets. (those rolls have 300 tickets on them).. They only have to prove that for every three losers a winner (of at least a ticket) was printed. On the back of the ticket it says overall odds so it's possible (though highly unlikely) that one roll of 300 tickets could have 300 winner

Thanks for the welcome, four4me. I have read your earlier posts and find them to be rather accurate. Re: your hypothetical scenario. Possible, but HIGHLY unlikely. Statisically, one could go 999 days (which assumes $1 wagered straight per day on the same 3 digits) and not have a winner. That's almost 3 years. Yikes! Hi AG ! Went to look at WC's doubles for the last 365 draws and got a couple of surprises. First... You are forgetting one main thing: Not all tickets are mutually exclusive. Meaning: if they sold 146 million tickets, that is NOT 146 million DIFFERENT combinations, so the odds ARE there, nobody can sue anybody for anything. You have ANY clue how many folks have the SAME birthday ? Or how many folks work #3 and #8 into their numbers ? Or #24 and #48 into theirs ? (think nascar), or #12, #18, and a few other famous pro athletes' numbers, like #23. And, I think there are rules
