Yeah its a great idea ,One that I thought about for a while, You here people going in on the Powerball crapola all the time but why dont anyone do that strategy on a game that has way bettter odds like instant scratch tickets? hmmm, based upon that, I guess it is an Art to taking the odds advantage with this method as WIN D as stated. I hope I can further understand in concrete terms how take advantage of it.
