No delusion-100% winning method
Great raven. Whatever you are using great. In the above example we had 3
strings out of ten that could have hit. Good odds for my taste.
I had four possible choices. All good. They were 627, 726, 738 and 387. Well I could
eliminate the 738 and the 627 because they weren't in the DSUM workout. If I had
chosen 726 I would have hit. Instead I chose 387 which is the mirror of the string
that did hit. These are the results I get. They are good. What really tickles me is

free online lotto. how legal...
I am not a lawyer and in Florida it is a crime to discuss the law in a public forum except in most general terms if you are not a lawyer. They have us tied in knots here. The streets have the same names, but it's not our country anymore.
Anyway, the problem with free lottery games is the internet never turned out to be the sales powerhouse people expected, hence the advertising revenue never appeared to support the prizes free lotteries wanted to offer to compete with the pay to play games

I hate QP's?
Thanks for the info Weshar75!
Actually the website states 70% to 80% of the players buy quick picks and win 70% to 80% of the time.
Basic math means that 20% to 30% of the players pick their own numbers and win 20% to 30% of the time.
The odds come out to be about the same BUT, I would rather be in the smaller percentage than the large. For example, out of 160,000,000 tickets, 80% quick picks would be 128,000,000 to 1 and the self picks would be 32,000,000 to 1. Still astronomical c

Probability of a Rollover in Powerball.
Powerball has rolled. The cash jackpot is $50.2M. The advertised annuity jackpot is $114M. Although the advertised annuity for PB is higher, the actual cash value of MM is now higher than PB. PB is still at better bet, though, since the odds of winning the PB are higher. (MM is a better bet when its cash value is 20% larger than PB.)
Since the matrix change, 10th draws in a series have sold 19.7M tickets on average. If this is how many tickets are sold, the probability of various num

It is your Lottery
First of all let me say that if i could design a lotto i will not design one but many, all with different payouts and odds...
if i could design a lotto (this is one of the many designs i have)i would make it be a pick6 that will select 5 numbers from 1 to 35 and 1 mega ball from 1 to 14...I will give money for matching 1 number and no bonus which will be 50 cents. and where people will win for matching 0 numbers and the bonus ball....For matching 4 numbers and the bonus ball a person would get,

Why an Annuity?
My question (challenge) is why make the Jackpot an annuity prize in the first place? I'm not saying that because the cash value option was added that now they should advertise more clearly what they mean by jackpot. Just the opposite.
If jackpot means an annuity value, and that has become the convention, then by all means, I think it's perfectly justifiable to keep referring to the annuity as the jackpot without having to clarify it or change it to the cash value. That's been

GA Fantasy-5 Bonus Ball
I personally wish Georgia would retire Win For Life, replace it with Lotto Georgia 6/46 on Saturday and Fantasy 5 bonus ball draw on Wednesday. Win For Life actually amounts to a 7/42 matrix for an annuity payout.
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with four extra ways to win
playing Fantasy 5 from May 1 - 5, 2006!
During Fantasy 5 Bonus Ball Fiesta, an extra Fantasy 5 ball will be drawn during regular nightly drawings, offering players four more chances to win Fiesta Prizes

Tn tea keno
Larry:
This discussion's actually just an illustration of the fundamental difference in the ways you and I view random number behavior, which probably belongs on some separate thread if it belongs anywhere on LP.
The dividing line between the way you (and everyone else on the planet) sees it, and the way I see it, is that I firmly believe it's possible to predict with precision all the numbers that will hit, say, on Atlantic Canada Keno tomorrow. Or any other lottery, for that matter.

Are you a believer in Lottery systems
I most definitely believe in systems. I've also talked to many people who I call Doubting Thomas' that dont believe you can predict what is going too play and can not or will not get past the statement..... it's all random .
I've found the people who say and believe this are ones who have never taken the time to study the numbers. keep written record of what has played in the last week much less the last month.
Systems do work but besides using a system you have to have thorough know

Sales for new Texas Lotto starts today
Another sad chapter in the history of the Texas lottery begins.
TLC officials apparently believe that lottery gamblers will stand in line to buy chances in a lottery where matching 5 of 6 numbers pays $2,000, or less, and $50, or less, for matching 4 of 6 numbers.
Boy, are they in a rude awakening. Given the odds of winning a jackpot, most players, myself included, think more about winning a secondary prize. In this instance, players would have a better chance of winning something with sc
