A+ tracks every lottery on the planet. (That's if you want it to. It will also just track your faves and ignore all the rest if that's what ya want)
One other thing I should have mentioned in my post about A+ is that once you get the hang of it, (and there's A LOT of functionality in it) most likely you'll consistently get small lower tier wins. Two Scots fail to collect £1 million lottery prizes
Two people have missed out on the chance to become millionaires after failing to collect their lottery prizes in time.
The deadline for claiming the two 1 million prizes expired at 11pm Wednesday, more than 180 days after the EuroMillions draw on July 26.
One of the winning tickets was bought in Fife and the other in East Dunbartonshire.
The money, plus the interest it earned, has now passed over to the UK National Lottery Good Causes.
Earlier this week it emerged that another winner

I am not sure if this is the information you are looking for about the 2nd chance data.

I played scratchers more agressively when the 2nd chance program debuted in 2008. I realize that it is nearly impossible to win when only 1 top prize is awarded for a particular scratcher game and just 10 $1k winners every 3 month pool drawing (when there are more than 20 million tickets entered). I learned the hard way and lost much more in th

Indiana man takes home third major lottery win
Claimed $1 million prize Thursday
Roger Douglas is, in a word, lucky.
The Fort Wayne, Indiana, man took his third trip to the Hoosier Lottery claims office Thursday, this time to turn in the grand-prize winning ticket for the Million Dollar Holiday Scratch-off.
Douglas has previously won two other major lottery prizes: In 2001, he won $250,000 on a Hoosier Lottery Polar Express Scratch-off, and in 2006, he won $25,000 on a holiday raffle game.
The odds are so against winning in the

Re: The OP,
billionaire2bee,
I doubt the lottries would change the way they do it now. It sounds better for them and you have to consider that not sll payers are as informed as people here on LP. If the lottieries dropped the advertised jackpot amounts and just mentioned the cash amount there's a lot of people out there
