Thanks Gatorsrok for the report. Just finished scratching a sealed pack of Cash Reserve # 1338. This game is not anywhere to be found near me except my local gas station. I went $225/300 on the pack. So, I will write a book one day about the corruption around the individual state level tickets and accounting practices, but yes this is a remaining loophole in a lot of state lotteries. The tickets are not deactivated out of the system out of the excuse they are left activated at a book level to ensure people who bought the original tickets have a chance to cash them in. As for the NGS version, ie the number game version, I don't think it's going to make the cut. I have it almost finished, just a few bugs left but the odds are not good and from what I see here, not many or no straight hits, unlike the daily game version where box hits are always possible the NGS needs straights to do well.
