I guess that I am not understanding the question. In a 3 digit game there are 1000 combinations of numbers. That means that roughly once every 100 drawings the same last two digits will appears in a drawing. The first digit then has a 1 in 10 chance of appearing every time that pair shows. So if you want to know the most likely pairs to appear in the next 1-25 drawings, look at the last few 100-150 drawings until there are 25 remaining pair that have not yet appeared. In a total of 10 years of NCEL, here are ALL of the quads that have come......none since 2013 and I have seen them MANY times in the pre-draws. I won't touch them with odds like that. if they drop, they drop, so be it, I am not buying one. That is just my .02 worth on them. Novan60 Did you ever try cutting down your bits then use a method similar to the way resistor color coding works. Using multiplier bits for millions, thousands hundreds etc... and a division bit. I have worked on several different methods but have yet to put any of them into a completed software package. I am not familiar with the BIT IAR so maybe you have considered this already. I think it is a cool gesture and shows the type of character Jackpotchasing is. Most people wouldn't even think to consider doing anything for strangers after hitting a large win.
