States pull the plug on Monopoly Millionaires' Club
Many jackpot games don't take in enough to cover the initial jackpot. Pretty sure this is true with both PB and MM. Roll-overs are critical for profitability, since such games are designed to initially run in the red. Monopoly Millionaires Club required both high levels of sales from the get-go along with numerous, consecutive top prize roll-overs.
Even with a decent level of play, MMC financials were going to be dicey - their sales projections were far too optimistic. And also, in my view, f

Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
I think this matrix change is about trying to convert rare players into more frequent players, and trying to get frequent players to spend more of their winnings.
Alright now that logic i can get behind lottometro.
Thro I think the new players stay playing past a 300-500+ jackpot run sense awareness of game sure in there mind form the big jackpot short time ago and not just the ones that won a few bucks.
I think sense jackpot should see more 300-500+ million streaks you should see mor

Input Playing the Various 6-49 Games
I hope it's just people being lucky but it does make you wonder. I had five tickets and had three numbers on three tickets ... no money won. The three numbers on each ticket were not across the straight line of numbers but scattered all over the ticket. You need four numbers that way to get $2.00 back ... however, I did have a lot of numbers that were one off or above and below.
It is so easy to pick or get those kind of hits ... one number off! ... if I could just figure out how to tweak the

Can lottery random be predicted?
Pure random events can't be predicted, that is what pure random means. The case is really, how many real life events are pure random events? Lotteries in a barrel are not really that random as people believe. There is a quite hard proof of that as dictated by real performance outcome. In my blog here I have posted in the past numerous such incidents that show that non pure random behavior and I have a very recent one too.
A user plays a 6/45 game and picks 12 numbers for every draw. Over the

Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
LottoMetro, This is necessary since the included multiplier actually increases the expected value of lower prizes.
Sense you only get the multiplier value form buying 1 dollar addon!
It is in fact, stealing jackpot to pay for 1 dollar addon!
People who play the base 2 dollar game don't have access to multiplier correct?
Multiplier has never been apart of base game, that has been the 1 dollar addon thing.
So that means a 1 dollar add on is taking money form jackpot!
If am

Can lottery random be predicted?
At pick 3 you have a chance of 1:1000 and a 499:1 net payout, if it isn't 501 for a straight.
500 loosing tickets would pay one winning ticket if there were not costs, dividends, taxes and other bs.
So predicting correctly with solid average chance, which already is a win, you loose like 50.01%.
Play 1 and receive 500 means win 499 while you had 999 chances to loose the bet against one lousy chance to win.
Let's say you predict correctly every 750 drawings, you lost 250 net and predi

Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
Well, this;
Main points:
Tickets are staying $2.00
5/66 + 1/32 matrix (yes, 1 in 285,981,696)
Multiplier from 2X to 10X
NO extra cost for multiplier
Overall odds of 1 in 30
sounds better than Mega Millions, especially for those playing for 5 + 1.
Both games are noting but a dream.

Texas Lottery suspends sales of Monopoly Millionaires' Club game
Just wow! Sharing the same sentiments as others here, I figured the Monopoly Millionaire Club game, in its current incarnation, was doomed ... but never expected a large state, such as Texas, to pull out so soon. Very surprising...
However, to digress a bit, Texas is likely extra gun-shy after the near disaster they had with All or Nothing about a year or so ago when a default number combination on the playslips nearly came up - if it had, the prize liability could have been upwards of $100,0

Does your odds increase tremendously by millions just like this? Read for details.
I understood your explanation of why your probabilities were low and knew your equation was correct, but I realized we were talking about different stuff that's what I was trying to clear up. :D
Yeap, it's actually 1/8 for any 6 group of numbers, not just the previous draw. Actually, I have to admit I sorta blanked that out, because in reality, I don't buy 15 every week, I just do that whenever there's been quite a few draws with no previous numbers. So in a way it gave me an illusion of c

Does your odds increase tremendously by millions just like this? Read for details.
Ohhhhhkay, I think I understand clearly now. I was just about to post that I may have been thinking the wrong thing (I tend to confuse myself times ) because I checked ToTo and another lotto and the data didn't seem to make sense.
What I really should have been saying/thinking all along is that because your chances for any pair are 1 in 7.55 or whatever, then it doesn't matter what pair you choose for the next draw. I basically got hung up on specific pair in specific sequence, which is why p
