I'd be all over that game. In NY the best odds I've seen for a claim prize are 1 in 4900 or so, and that ticket is now impossible to find. It is THE ticket to buy right now. Scratch smarter would probably say to do all the research you can first. See if the odds are still what they originally were.

Thanks. And yah, especially on THAT ticket. The odds for $400 on that $2 ticket I think are the worst for that prize on any $2 ticket. Part of how I suspect they made the crazy low odds for the grand prize on it.

Thanks Meatman, tell me something I don't know. LOL! I stopped playing the high odds games like PB and MM long ago. Now I go for the lower odds games like Wisconsin Supercash (6 of 39) for 350K. At least you have a chance at hitting that.

I had an interesting thought. According to the WI lottery, the odds at hitting the supercash jackpot is about 1 in 1.6 million. I think its far less than that. Think about it. Say instead of a 6/39 game its transformed to a 1/39 game 6 times in a row. To win the jackpot you have to hit all 6 numbers in separate drawings. So the odds in hitting the first ball is 1 in 39. I think they should pay more for 5 out of 6 numbers. Just one number means a difference of $349,500 ? What are the odds in getting that last number? Since there are 39 numbers to chose from (less since 5 have already been picked), realistically I'd say the odds are about 1 in 34.
