Do some number combinations have better odds?
I'm going to reply to a couple of the things you said here... and then hopefully I'll just be done. I can't believe the stuff you said in this post. Please explain since you know there will be standard deviation, why it's not possible to use it to get better results. Because you do not USE standard deviation, it simply occurs. By nature, you don't have control of it. Because Ronnie's claims are always based on his conditions. Most of your arguments are based on ar

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Stack47, I'm sorry I confused you with my poor choice of words describing the drivel in this thread in the hours between my posts. It's now been about 24 hours, plenty of time for you and Ronnie to advance your research to get BETTER ODDS than the rest of us in Lotto. Did you make any progress? Based on your quoted post here, I would guess the answer is no. In your post you have revealed, in excruciating detail, the depth of your innumeracy and your inability to understand legitimate mathe

Multi-state Wild Card game to change
By Todd Northrop Starting with the Wednesday night drawing, the multi-state Wild Card 2 lottery game will undergo some minor changes that will make the jackpots a little bigger, while making the game a little harder to win. Wild Card 2 is currently available to play in Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota. After somebody wins the jackpot, the new starting jackpot will be $200,000 doubling the old starting jackpot of $100,000. Also, players who win the second prize by matchin

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Do some number combinations have better odds? No, but that is of no consequence to the team that watches over the threads here. Truth is not a goal here. I avoided the temptation to post here for over a year, with fairly good success. But more recently, I thought I'd give it another go. Based on the paucity of participation in this thread from anyone other than the same cast of characters who crusaded against my efforts in 2010-11, I think my decision was ill advised. Anonymity on th

Michigan Club Keno
I'm new here and am enjoying reading the forum. There's some great stuff here. Not sure if this has been addressed on the board, but there is a lot of discussion around Michigan Lottery's Club Keno game. If you look at the FB page on the Michigan Lottery you'll see some there. Club Keno has a $1 side bet called The Jack. It's an 8 number EP and if all 8 our hit you win the Jackpot. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 230,115. The discussion is that the game is only paid when the Lo

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Boney526, I agree. There really isn't a more delicate way to put it. People like Stack47 are either true believers or are paid for their efforts here. If they truly are believers, they either experienced short term winnings way out in the right hand tail of an ROI distribution, or know someone well who did. Retired casino employees often start to believe in systems as a result of observing customers win with [E.G.] roulette systems, particularly the kind discussed above. Even when prese

Excel Help
Here is the VBA code for odds/even assuming we are talking about entries in A1 and result in B1. To do multiple rows, we would just implement it into a DO loop with variables til it reached the end and factor in multiple columns. Will gladly help if you want. Honestly shouldnt be more than about 10-20 lines of code. Forgot to add the counter. This would then allow you to post the odd/even results at the end of the row. We can go 1 step further and concatenate it to a 2E/3O like you mentioned

CajunWin4, That why you Must use Wave Form Analysis and Regression Analysis to create the Right Data for Future game play. Before wasting your time trying to apply these advanced analysis techniques to the Random Processes of the lottery, you really should study what they analyze and what they are typically used for. Those of us who know what they are and have used them would never dream of applying them to a known random process. If you believe there is larceny in the ranks of the state
