So far, there has never been a system created to predict random numbers. The day that happens, all lottos will forever shut down because they can not possibly pay out 500% (on the daily pick 3) for every single ticket. Even if someone came up with a system that consistently pick winners enough to be profitable, it's unlikely to be for a single ticket or even two or three tickets. And knowing it takes a bunch of losers to support such a system, they would likely keep it to themselves rather
