Nevada lottery plan approved by committee
While I'd like to see it happen, I don;t think it will have a chance.
From the OP:
Let the voters decide, said freshman Assemblyman Paul Aizley,D-Las Vegas, chief sponsor of AJR7, which would have to win approvalfrom lawmakers this year and again in 2011 and then go to a public vote.
Critics included representatives of Terrible Herbst Inc. which hasslot machines in about 90 service stations, Station Casinos, BoydGaming Corp. and the Nevada Tavern Owners Association.

Nevada lottery plan approved by committee
A Nevada Assembly panel voted Thursday to back a plan for a lottery in the nation's No. 1 gambling state, despite arguments that it would compete with slot machines and other games of chance.
The Elections, Procedures, Ethics and Constitutional Amendments Committee voted 7-3 to send AJR7, the latest version of a plan that has failed about two dozen times since the 1970s to win legislative approval, to the full Assembly.
Let the voters decide, said freshman Assemblyman Paul Aizley, D-Las V

Lottery Wheels
We seem to be bouncing around between Pick-3 and Pick-6.
When you spoke of playing a key number Pick-6 wheel for a 5 number prize I assumed you were buying a lot of tickets.
Your choice should be made based on budget, number selection quality and when you need to win.
If you don't have the money to play more then X lines per draw over the long haul, pick the best wheel you can afford that . . .
If you can predict numbers that win within a reduced field you can afford a be

Pick5 Challenge-Win your 2rd in Pick5 Everytime!
You got more than 4 numbers in 35,but the banker failed.
The banker decide quite much of the ultimate result.
A good banker can make a mircale and a bad one can lead to much of garbage.
and because you posted numbers from 01 to behind. And that messed my chaos system. Its better to post your number without regarding the order.
There has be much of chaos involved, and a must to success is that there is also a line to follow that never change.
I have traveled a lot and absorbed much ad

New Jersey Cash 5
I didn't, so far I cashed 2 x 3 hits in span of a month time, impossible for me to dump 8 x 4 = $32 (defaults I will never play) every day,at best i would break even! what i do is I select 2 tickets per high-stakes game which happens few times a month, if i would roll 32$ a day x let say 30 days that's 960$/month , Today's 4/5 payout is 513$ so i would end up in the negative territory!
Main object of these exercises is to see if to any degree one can achieve probability reduction by looking

PA Super 7 Jackpot
Well I guess I may as well make its own thread about this new game. I am surprised that this is not yet in the lotter news section. I only got 2 QP's the first time and only matched one number. This seems very hard even with 11 numbers drawn. I like the payouts though and hope that the jackpots rise quicky. $200,000 is pretty good to start, which is what it went up to.
03/13/09
Winning Numbers: 19 27 28 30 32 38 41 43 55 66 71
0 Players matched 7 of 11, Jackpot rolls to $1,200,000.

6/49 predictions for Canada, US, Spain and UK
Yeah, overall the last prediction for Western 649 was moderate-weak, a good one starts with ~ 18 matches for 5-number , ~ 900 matches for 4-number, and ~ 15000 for 3-number sets.
But the fact that I got the 5+Bonus for it was a great thing, because to get it from my list was 2.69 times more probable than the natural chance. (I'm not sure in percentage what would that be: 169% or 269% improvement? - maybe 169%, if I consider the natural odds as 100% ).
So I'd say, keep on trying the next dr
