The Illinois Lottery held its second-ever Millionaire Raffle drawing yesterday, which instantly created four millionaires.
The winning numbers can be viewed at https://www.lotterypost.com/il-lottery-raffle-2008-03-17.asp
The raffle drawing was held on March 17th St. Patrick's Day a day traditionally thought of as lucky . Four millionaires will certainly think so.
In addition to four $1 million top prizes, the St. Patrick's Day Millionaire Raffle also awards five prizes of $100,000

The next winning Mega Million numbers are..
In my opinion, no system can produce hits all the time, but a good system that analyzes patterns, trends, and other criteria can improve someone's overall odds of winning. A lot of luck is also needed.
Randomness has a pattern to it. It's just too complex for the human mind to see it. Especially when millions of variables are involved. Just because we haven't figured what I call the Morphing code , dosen't mean it dosen't exist.
A mathematician named Koycerin already proved that randomness

$275M Powerball lottery jackpot goes to W. Virginia player
There is a one in 146 million chance that someone would match all six numbers drawn in a Powerball game.
One of the tickets sold in West Virginia for the Powerball game Saturday night beat those astronomical odds to win the $276.3 million jackpot.
The game's cash option, should the winner choose it, is worth $139,421,731.
The ticket matched all six numbers drawn, which were: 6, 22, 42, 43, 47 and 16 as the Powerball. The Power Play number was 2.
Nearly 2 million other players won

Paying a jackpot over 26 years is too long of a time frame
I find it rather interesting how some people can be blinded by their so called knowledge of the real world. They think that there is nothing going on behind closed doors and everything is honky dory.
Of course it's MEANT to be misleading. My opinion is that the real issue here is not whether people are so dumb as to know the true value amount they get is the net and not the gross, but because these advertisers are getting away with it, and they don't like it.
Just like the dealership that

Agreed.
It's a question of:
#1 How good do you want your odds?
#2 How frequently do you want to hit (easy answer there )
#3 How much do you want to spend per draw?
#4 How much do you want to win?
People in Publix ask me why I waste my time playing silly old CASH 3 low payout games.
Same people are spending $30 week on LOTTO tickets.
When I ask them when the last time they won and how much they have spent so far, I get a blank stare...

Thanks.
Thats amazing. That would be hard for me to deal with. God Bless him, I wish he had pulled it off. Did he hit it on a QP or his own numbers ??? Both ways are good ways to play. I usually get my own numbers , but I always buy a QP or two also, as I know a lot of winners win that way. I know your Father was happy to hit what he did.
I dont really have any systems. Know matter what people think. I was just lucky last couple times. But I do see patterns in the game, that are

Heart Breaker...
A person gets some weird numbers on jackpot game OP's, thats for sure. And sometimes they even get some decent patterns on OP's also. Either way , you got to have luck on your side, thats for sure.
It all boils down to what each person believes is the best way to play for their own particular reason.
I really dont think anyone knows the best way to play for sure. Do them both, and you have the best of both worlds, would be the idea way to play. Its been won both ways. So , it shows it is p

Here are some serious questions for the group. If you could, please share your view on playing methods.
1. Is playing CASH3 numbers boxed the preffered method here ?
It seems like everyone plays this way.
2. Would your preference be to play boxed with a payout of $80 per $1.00 played where you have roughly a 1:160 chance of winning?
or would you prefer playing Front Pair / Back Pairs with a payout of $50 per $1.00 with reduced odds of 1:100 ?
3. How many numbers (bet amounts) per

Brainstorming for *Key*(Power Numbers)
First off, I would Like to thank everyone for thier input. some of you really gave some good insight.
I don't believe there are any right or wrong answers or methods when choosing numbers. Now I do have my personal style which will vary from draw to draw.
I unlike some people will never confess to knowing it all. the lottery is my passion, and I will continue to try and find more effective playing methods probably untill I die.
I choose to believe that nothing is truly random in this un
