This is a pari-mutuel state, so the jackpots are always based on the money collected from ticket sales. 2 people hit, each with a QP, which is very unusual. Pumpi, First of all, I agree with the other comments that the LLC was probably created AFTER winning the lottery. It's jsut a guess, but I've seen this before. There are many ways of investing your money wisely and forming a Trust and/or LLC are 2 of them.
