Little update: it appears i have made a mistake using the payouts... i should not have used the online payouts, but the actual payouts at the store. So a straight hit would not pay $900 and a box not $300/$150, they should pay: $500, $160/$80. Back in the good old days 2002 or 2003 we were calling the rare numbers by a different name. They were called Stimulus Picks .....or the White House Stimulus Picks in honor of George Bush's first term in office and the economic program to stimulate the economy.
