Hidden opportunities within abbr. wheels
BobP,this C(6,18,4,6)=48 is a nice wheel for the purpose it is designed for. However it is unfair to compare it with the WR or an optimized one which has only 42 lines. As for the jackpot, everyone wants to hit the jackpot and every wheel has a chance on that, no matter how it is constructed or its guarantee. Even in your 48 ticket wheel, the 3+3 matter for hitting the jackpot is not that important. These are the lines of your wheel that you can setup in the 3+3 manner to hit the jackpot (groups

Tenn. lottery fans make fewer runs for the Kentucky border
Gene Dotson is something of a video-game-stool philosopher of luck.As a regular lottery player, the retiree from Nashville has good reason to think about these things.''Is there such a thing called luck?'' Dotson asked Tuesday, a twinkle in his eye and a cigarette between two fingers as he played a video poker game at a lottery outlet just north of the Tennessee-Kentucky line, 36 miles from home. ''Is it who you are? ''Why do people keep doing it? Why do I keep doing it?''Whatever the cosmic an

Does God really hate gambling?
Here's what I found on Bible.com, I don't know if there is any truth to their statements, since I don't read the bible myself, but it's worth taking a look at. In my opinion, sin is a sin, that is the best way someone could have ever said it. We sin each day, we probably don't even notice our sins. If you feel so strongly against gambling, or feel guilty on putting $5.00 on a lottery game, then you probably shouldn't play. Jack W. didn't mind to gamble and he is a Christian, and said it was t

Using MasterMind for Roulette Game
Something new and different! Finally I found a way to convert the MasterMind 3 system into a Roulette Prediction Wheeling system. From previous tests we know that MasterMind 3 can beat the odds of the PICK 3 game. What it cannot beat is the pay-out. With only 50% pay-out it is not always possible to win.The Roulette pay-out of 94% or more - depending on the style - allows a system make a win happen more easily. The problem with the Roulette is, that you cannot go to the table with your laptop a

Using the CRUNCH - 220 Draws Method
Hell, Everyone,It took me awhile to get back. I think partly because I kept clicking on the link in my e-mail and it kept taking me to a blank page for some reason. Anyway, as I reading through some of the comments about The Crunch and some of the methods used, I must say that I have to agree with what Mike is doing right now. Also, I think that the biggest thing is for most people, is that they absolutely must do their own homework on the game that they are playing. I do think that now, after

California Lottery wants changes
The California Lottery, for the first time since it was created nearly 20 years ago, wants to shrink the percentage of its budget dedicated to funding public education in order to boost prize payouts in scratch-off games -- a move officials say ultimately would increase sales and, in turn, money for schools. If the Legislature and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger approve, the portion of lottery sales spent on the state's cash-strapped school districts will drop from 34 percent to 26 percent. But suppor

Are Lotteries Rigged
Didn't know this thread existed and I see it has been around for a while now. As far as whether or not lotteries are rigged , I voted Maybe. Then I read every post since this thread began. I don't think the word rigged would truly describe what I or anyone else might believe that didn't outrightly vote NO. A better word would be controlled . In a sense, we know the lotteries are controlled. Changing ballsets and machines are a method of control. Shutting down terminals one to two hours

North Dakota's first-day lottery sales set per-capita record
North Dakota's lottery debut was one for the record books.Powerball lottery tickets went on sale at 390 sites around the state late Thursday morning. North Dakota lottery selling first tickets this week
After decades of arguing, thousands of petition signatures, a 19th-century bribery scandal and five statewide votes, North Dakota this week joins the crowded ranks of states that play the lottery. For its supporters, Thursday's debut of the Powerball game is a tardy acknowledgment of the pervasiveness of lotteries -- North Dakota's neighboring states all have Powerball -- and a chance for players to have fun while they drop a few dollars into the state's treasury. I think North Dakotans are just
