Using MasterMind for Roulette Game
Something new and different! Finally I found a way to convert the MasterMind 3 system into a Roulette Prediction Wheeling system. From previous tests we know that MasterMind 3 can beat the odds of the PICK 3 game. What it cannot beat is the pay-out. With only 50% pay-out it is not always possible to win.The Roulette pay-out of 94% or more - depending on the style - allows a system make a win happen more easily. The problem with the Roulette is, that you cannot go to the table with your laptop a

Using the CRUNCH - 220 Draws Method
Hell, Everyone,It took me awhile to get back. I think partly because I kept clicking on the link in my e-mail and it kept taking me to a blank page for some reason. Anyway, as I reading through some of the comments about The Crunch and some of the methods used, I must say that I have to agree with what Mike is doing right now. Also, I think that the biggest thing is for most people, is that they absolutely must do their own homework on the game that they are playing. I do think that now, after

California Lottery wants changes
The California Lottery, for the first time since it was created nearly 20 years ago, wants to shrink the percentage of its budget dedicated to funding public education in order to boost prize payouts in scratch-off games -- a move officials say ultimately would increase sales and, in turn, money for schools. If the Legislature and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger approve, the portion of lottery sales spent on the state's cash-strapped school districts will drop from 34 percent to 26 percent. But suppor

Are Lotteries Rigged
Didn't know this thread existed and I see it has been around for a while now. As far as whether or not lotteries are rigged , I voted Maybe. Then I read every post since this thread began. I don't think the word rigged would truly describe what I or anyone else might believe that didn't outrightly vote NO. A better word would be controlled . In a sense, we know the lotteries are controlled. Changing ballsets and machines are a method of control. Shutting down terminals one to two hours

North Dakota's first-day lottery sales set per-capita record
North Dakota's lottery debut was one for the record books.Powerball lottery tickets went on sale at 390 sites around the state late Thursday morning. By 6:05 p.m., $119,453 worth of tickets had been sold - a Powerball record for per-capita spending on the game, Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem said.Vermont had $116,213 in one day's sales in July 2003, or 18.77 cents per person. North Dakota's 6:05 p.m. total represented 18.84 cents spent per person on the lottery, Stenehjem said.Rep. Andy Marago

North Dakota lottery selling first tickets this week
After decades of arguing, thousands of petition signatures, a 19th-century bribery scandal and five statewide votes, North Dakota this week joins the crowded ranks of states that play the lottery. For its supporters, Thursday's debut of the Powerball game is a tardy acknowledgment of the pervasiveness of lotteries -- North Dakota's neighboring states all have Powerball -- and a chance for players to have fun while they drop a few dollars into the state's treasury. I think North Dakotans are just

Please go into some detail what Max Games Dry mea

Can a lottery win make you happy?
The first Euro Millions lottery draw takes place on Friday, with the prospect of multi-million pound jackpots. How do windfall winners come to grips with their newfound wealth - and does it make them happy? For the price of a newspaper and a chocolate bar, any one of us can buy into a multi-million pound dream. It is a dream that lottery operators are keen to sell to yet more of us with the launch of EuroMillions, a mega draw for the UK, France and Spain aimed at boosting our flagging interest i

Investing a windfall
What to do when a pile of money is suddenly dumped into your lapI expect to receive a windfall of about $500,000. Buying a house is first on my list, but I'm not sure how to invest the rest. I'm open to real estate ventures or just about anything else, but I'm wary of the people passing themselves off as financial advisers. What do you suggest?Tammy, Statesville, N.C.It's not often that I invoke the lyrics of rapper Eminem in this column. In fact, I think I can safely say that I've never done it

doesn't this make more sense?
retxx= I have threads in the Pick 3 section and a few in the systems session but I will be more then happy to talk Pick 3 as to me it's the easiest money maker out there. If more people realized how much easier it is to track 10 digits then 49 numbers, there would be even more people playing the game.I use a process I call elimination for determination . In order to do this you have to have a THOUROUGH understanding of all the possible EXACT combination of 10 digits 0-9. Not many people
