Our self serve machines do not have replay feature either if that's what you're talking about. Our clerks can replay your tickets for you. Naturally I wrote IGT (physical letter, no e-mail) suggestion that the machines be equipped with a replay feature...naturally this shareholder never got a reply. However years before that I wrote them in Las Vegas and said I had won several jackpots on their WOF slot machines. They sent me a very nice WOF with IGT on the back.
