Which foreign lottery games can I participate in as an American while physically in the United States? I m not referring to shady websites or third party sellers that claim you can purchase tickets online . I can't go to the Euromillions website right now and purchase a ticket as American in the USA. My best results of any draw game come from Cash4Life. I play a set of numbers. I'd play the new $5 M4L game too, but my state isn't offering it. I plan to play the last week drawings of cash4life before the game is discontinued. So I guess I am sort of a dissenting opinion.

I think it should be a 50/50 deal. The lottery owns the machine. The store allowed them to place the machine at there buisness. So if there's not already rules in place about who's responsible for what. They need to both figure it out.....Just my opinion though......

Tucker Black, You know a lot less than you think you know. The only thing your post proves is that you've never worked in a casino nor have any clue what goes on after work. So in your opinion a dollar bet that may win a million dollars is a bad bet.
