Just my opinion.....But if a system cant reduce its playable numbers to 8 numbers or under in the pick 3 its not a viable method of play.

I'm a member of a large group that have been playing for years. When the time comes and we win I know a tax attorney and accountant is suggested. I have read a LLC or of sort will be needed to claim the one check prise. My question is......... I know the Florida lottery collects 24 percent before issuing the check to the LLC and the LLC will distribute equal checks to each member. Now each member will be taxed again. PA online lottery recently Restricted my purchases to 1 draw
Has anyone experienced this in PA. The customer service said there is an upgrade going on and would be fixed on May 8 then May 11 and now b indeterminate. Lies misinformation and gaslighting in my opinion. I utilize the Wednesday 100% webcash bonus to play pick 3 pick4 and match6 for 7 drawing days. Now they have restricted my purchase to 1 drawing. The webcash bonus Is useless. I am retired and playing numbers is enjoyment for m e but I'm not going to pay double and probably quit cold.

I do not disagree with hiring a big city firm if there is a major ongoing issue. There are points for him in my opinion based on his having interacted with lottery officials if it is a fairly routine and likely resolvable issue. Most big law firms are far more interested in celebrity or fortune 500 business. They might not even bother with just helping someone claim a simple win and would refer you to a smaller firm. Depending on how much you individually win, you may owe taxes or not. If say everyone walks away with 10K, you may actually get a refund, depending with your other income and what tax brackets that puts you at.
