Actually it's several different systems, I have my own system to first pick a pool of numbers, then hoping that one of them will fall I have a commercial system to do a run on those picks to give me a likely straight (str8) sequenced pick for those numbers. I have seen folks say they have never won the pick 3 ! ......and .....they have been playing for a year or even longer . Wow .... Soooooo sorry ! really .... I think that if I had a solid system where I knew I could always win, I'd just go and play whenever I needed cash, if I were to play the pick 3's.. staying under the radar. I'd play at all different stores and collect my winnings, alternatively, at different stores in a systematic fashon. I wouldn't want to claim more that $500 on a single ticket or I'd have to go into lottery headquarters and then I'd be identified and have to pay taxes. The thing that I personally like so much about having Lucky's systems automated is that anyone can get the number workout for any Pick 3 or Pick 4 game each and every day, without fail. First off we have discussed this topic many times.... pick 3 and 4 games are big money makers the bookies figured this out a long time ago.......... the states outlawed gambling on the street and took over the games..... while the bookies still make some money on the street they know their is no system do do what you suggest.
