I can't decide which game to play. Pick-4 pays $6K for a straight but for some reason it's hard for me to throw
down on a game that has no secondary prizes. The rogue-13 gets most of my analysis with it's 0 to 3 range
for each selection but It's kind of deceiving. Because there are no lower level prizes one missed setting spoils
the play. Setting 5 rogues will reduce to 16 lines for a straight hit which would be a good bet even if I only hit
once in 30 games, $72K. One hit in every 6

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
Today, millions of people are betting millions of dollars on the mistaken premise that there is a mathematical solution to successful lottery play.
There are mathematical solutions to every single lottery-type numbers game out there and this is a fact. Heck, the lotteries use mathematics to stack the odds against players, okay. They didn't just sit down and say, Hey, let's drop ten marked ping-pong balls into three different chambers, draw one ball from each, and who ever matches all three nu

Megyn Kelly comes in HOT on the issue of Hillary's emails and brings legal backup: NO BIAS ABOUT MEGYN!!!!
Megyn Kelly came out on fire on the issue of Hillary Clinton's emails, raising the question if the former Secretary of State had committed a felony.
As political pundits debate the possible political damage the Hillary Clinton email controversy may cause her presidential chances, Judge Andrew Napolitano weighed in on the potential legal problems on The Kelly File Wednesday.

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
You obviously have no tickets to demonstrate how odds, probability and percentage helped you choose winning integers for any lottery game.
Seems all you have is a bucket of theoretical 'mumbo jumbo' of your own making.
Can't believe you think people win lottery games by magic rather than hard work. Maybe that's because you don't know what hard
work means.
I don't have any magical forces guiding my lottery activities.
What I do have is a substitution workout that generates rational

Judge: Poker pro Ivey, pal broke gambling rules in $10M win
A federal judge ruled on Friday that poker pro Phil Ivey and a companion violated state gambling regulations in the way they won nearly $10 million at cards at an Atlantic City casino.
U.S. District Court Judge Noel Hillman determined that the pair did not meet their obligation to follow gambling regulations on four occasions in 2012 by having a dealer at the Borgata arrange Baccarat cards so they could tell what kind of card was coming next.
By shifting the odds in their favor, they viola

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
Good question!
I like to think that I have presented some ideas about choosing the best integers, but I seldom receive any feedback.

Seems a lot of folks, like those participating in this thread, have their own ideas on the best approach to lottery play, and will justify them to the very end, wherever that may be.
This thread got hijacked by a few folks who can't seem to accept the fact that lotteries test their equipment by generati

How NC lottery ticket swappers avoid taxes, scrutiny
Reselling winning lottery tickets known as ticket discounting can be profitable for both parties.
Buyers claim prizes and sellers go undetected by the government. Some sellers owe back taxes or child support, money automatically withheld from lottery winnings. Others may simply want to remain anonymous.
Here's a look at how the practice works:
In Florida, a man told investigators that he teamed up with several retailers who bought tickets from customers. He cashed the tickets, clearing

Winning NC lottery ticket set to expire
A winning lottery ticket purchased in North Carolina worth $25,000 a year for life is set to expire next week.
Someone bought the Lucky For Life ticket at the Harris Teeter on N.C. 55 in Cary, North Carolina, on April 11, a Monday. The winner has 180 days to claim the prize, which ends Oct. 7.
We're asking Lucky For Life players in Wake County to double check their tickets, said Alice Garland, executive director of the N.C. Education Lottery. It takes a lot of luck to win, and we hate to

If I were Running The Michigan Lottery I would...
Ok, I took a day to let other people comment before I posted.
I would weed out the awful games like Daily Keno and Poker Lotto. MSL has done this before when they ended Change Play and Zinger and Lucky Lines and that one weird card game they ended around the time the daily 4 came out (among others they ended).
There are too many games to have the rotten ones.
Next I would maintain the online ticket cost at $1 but would make up for the inflation element by offering optional extr
