For those who complain about what states win
Sorry Pick ole boy/girl,
I am going to have to respectfully disagree with you on your next to the last statement
, Your paranoia that I maybe right just bugs you .
See, he's not paranoid about you being correct...he just thinks your theory is gormless. Oh I know we have the right to free speech and posting ideas. Usually as adults when we start stating something about an idea it comes along with facts that take precedence and yes I know there are people who just talk and spread BS jus

Combos & Patterns - Update - Illinois Lotto thru 01/17/15
What are the odds of 5 of 6 hitting more than once???
I suppose that you meant with one combination for 6/49?
Then the next question would be, in how many drawings?
6 1
5 258
4 13545
3 246820
2 1851150
1 5775588
0 6096454
At every drawing you have 258 shots for a 5/6 for each previously drawn combination.
All the other possible outcomes are not 5/6.
Logically the first drawn combination made the biggest chance to repeat.

Wyoming Lottery to start its first in-state game in March
New game has generous 68 percent payout
By Todd Northrop
The United States' newest lottery, Wyoming, is set to begin its first in-state lottery game in two months.
Cowboy Draw is a Pick 5 rolling jackpot game the gives Wyoming lottery players much better odds than the multi-state games that are available in the state.
Being a Wyoming-specific game means more Wyoming players winning top jackpot prizes and more Lottery money staying in the Cowboy State, said Jon Clontz, CEO of the Wyo

$270 million Mega Millions jackpot won in Illinois
By Todd Northrop
An Illinois lottery player won the first jackpot of 2015, worth an estimated $270 million in a Mega Millions drawing Friday.
The ticket, a quick pick meaning the numbers were selected randomly by the lottery terminal, was sold at Bucky's Express, 1202 Bloomingdale Road in west suburban Glendale Heights, said Illinois Lottery spokesman Mike Lang.
The store will receive a $500,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
It is the largest prize in Illinois Lottery history

Are Scratchers infinitely harder to win?
That's about all a person can really do ... check the odds and hope for luck. In my area there is an older guy who I see quite often at the self serve lottery machines ... he covers them all at various locations and he spends big bucks on the $20 tickets. I have talked a few times with him ... he stands at the machine scraping, cashing and buying more tickets ... anything with taxes to pay on he sticks in his back left pocket.
After seeing him around at different locations over the last 1 1/2

Nonlinear regression to predict lotteries
Spot9
The rogue values are generated by a algorithm / conversion process. The only thing special about
the values are that they are somewhat more predictable than the actual numbers they represent.
Five rogues equates to 4*4*4*4*4=1024 which will more than cover a pick-3 game as each one is
ranged from 0 to 3.
The overall odds are the same so there is no advantage from that perspective but through analysis
I have been able to predict around 80% without much effort. The program

marcie and easymoney has something to share**
Oh boy, well, back to the daily grind. Another Xmas, Another New year, another 5 lbs. added lol....
Well, as you know Marcie, the 100 is overdue in NY. While it did not come out yet, the other side of the spectrum shed some light, 989 came on this past Sunday the 4th. Has the same odds as 100, so maybe an indicator....
Full moon brought 5555 to NY. in Church on Sunday, all the songs were starting with 4** so for 45 minutes I was staring at 421 412 456 435 and 1011 or was it 1101? Anyway, t

Looking at the results for midday it seems like I didn't account for multiple groupings, the one 'All In' could also fall under the 'All Odd' group. I'll try to update the program when I post the next group results

Illinois: 1/1 - 1/31/2015
Here are the total hits for the following numbers which could be in any order. Bottom line is to play 1 2 Or 1 3 along with either 4 8, 5 6, 6 7, 7 9, or 8 9 for your best chances of hitting something Boxed. These figures are based as above from 01/01/11 thru 12/31/14. These 10 sets of numbers make up 104 drawings out of a total 2,922 in the time frame mentioned above. The odds are still against you but at least you will have a better chance of winning over a QP.
