I played some tickets while I was in Virginia. I think they are comparable to Maryland tickets but have slightly worse odds. I lost about $28 playing down there. Today I bought some tickets when I came home. I started out $5 up and should have quit after that but I played a few more and ended up losing some money. Look for and find Conditional Probability Opportunities for one of the best betting situations in Lottery! To keep it simple: If you can find 50/50 Odds Situations out there that have gone for several draws in a row they are great targets. He does make some sense here. Although he says it doesn't matter now, I think it does matter. There should be a NY state senate inquiry into this game to find out what happened to the money, to be transparent about how the money was allocated to executives, where the education money went, what its being use for, and why are they going to go and mess with the odds of winning by cancelling a game mid stream.
