Every time these big half a billion Mega Millions and Powerball Jackpots roll around, there is talk from some to spread the wealth instead of having the lion's share of all the money played going to 1 winner. Others are just the opposite, repulsed by the commie/socialist aspect of such a sentiment. That would be choice #1. #2 doesn't really work, because if you make the game matrix easier for more people to win, it gets won all the time and hardly rolls over. Big jackpots from many rollovers
