Yep, you got it. The middle prizes are always skew(er)ed with more percentage of sales going to top and bottom prizes. Fast Facts: a) I did not get any T-Shirts for buying any $20 scratchers b) I looked at the back of the ticket and there is no mention about the $5 Million prize being annaulized. c) There are 30 tickets per roll As planned I bought 10 of these tickets today.
