would people be willing to spend their lottery money on anything other than tickets if they knew there is absolutely no way for them to increase their chances of winning a jackpot, other than to buy more tickets? I don't know what's going on between your ears, but I assume players buy a ticket for a chance at winning millions and some buy more tickets to get extra chances. It's none of my business if they have to make a choice between buying a life changing chance or other stuff. What else

Stack47, It doesn't matter if 2 or 12 is barred, as long as it is one or the other, it's just marketing....... Hey, I was playing up in Reno and they bar 2, not 12 . That doesn't pass the so what test and would also be a dead giveaway of a tourist speaking. But if you ever see a layout where the 3 is barred, beware, it signifies an illegal game.
