I agree with your statement about the instants, absolute killing is right. One thing I'd like to add though about fixing...it's more of a controlled fix imo. The test draws/pre-draws/draws they do not reveal - if information was released about those drawings, I think things would be more clear to those interested or suspicious of any wrongdoing.
