An Introduction (Hello!)
Hi all, I'm new to the site (lurking for a week or so), and also relatively new to playing the lottery. I bought my first (and previously only) lottery ticket on my 18th birthday. (I'm 24 now.) I bought it because I could and didn't think much about it otherwise. I didn't play again until about a week ago. I think I didn't play (or didn't even think of playing) during the gap because I didn't know anyone else who played and quite frankly, because I didn't have much disposable income as

Is it wrong to...?
Gee KYFloyd, we can always count on you to tell the rest of the world how to do things your way, Frankie! The one who isn't being a friend is the one who agreed to do a favor, but didn't. How did he not do the favor, he got them the ticket. Whether you understand it or not, the favor implies that you will buythem the ticket but not turn around and copy the numbers for yourself. How so? Was it stated? Maybe in your mind it's implied, but It was implied would never hold up in a cas

Texas Lottery confirms that Quick Picks are not generated by "central computer"
You're not kidding when you say it is a short note. They couldn't give us any more detail and assurance than that? I know your goal was simplicity, here, but don't you think some of us are a little more curious than that? I am one of the die-hard theorists who argue there is a central computer which is manipulating the numbers. I know they don't want everyone to know that....I'm not stupid. It's not something they are going to broadcast for the simple reason that people wouldn't want to play

Newbie From Michigan...
Thank you everyone, you people are too kind. I'm really liking this place, because there's an enormous wealth of valuable information, and there's so much to take in, but I'll take my time and absorb all this. I just cannot believe my eyes at how some of you are so damn good at predicting these numbers, and what boggles my mind even more is that not only do you do this for one state, you do this for states across the USA, and even Canada and the UK, Jesus Christ! LOL The funny thing is, I cam

After collecting big lottery prize, man goes to work
Caleb Steele left his job long enough Thursday morning to collect the $500,000 prize he won on a scratch-off lottery ticket at a Duluth store. Then it was back to work installing a basketball court in the yard of a nearby home. I'm a working man, said Steele, 35, of Acworth. There was nothing unusual about him buying a $5 Players's Club lottery ticket on Nov. 7, the day his mother celebrated her birthday. He had previously won up to $100 playing scratch-off games. A few days later, on

The Mirrors Have It
Hello neighbor and welcome! I never see anyone from Arizona on here, nice to have you along! To answer your questions-- 68 + 44 = 02. We are basically just adding the 2 numbers together using lottery math, which means no carrying over. 68 + 68 + 44 = 44 = ------------------------------------------------------------------ 02 using lottery math. 112 using regular math See the difference now? As far as you getting the exact same calculations as I am, you will

What's your lotto play style??
A. Low risk - Low pay [ 3 ] [7.50%] B. Low risk - High pay [ 18 ] [45.00%] C. High risk - Low pay [ 4 ] [10.00%] D. High risk - High pay [ 6 ] [15.00%] E. Don't care, I just play! _ [ 9 ] [22.50%] Interesting results. The logical way to play is indeed Low rish - High pay. However, I was seeing if others are using a different playing method to collect small wins, in order to do this other level of risks are considered. This depends on the game type, pick 3 will have a different
