Attn: Win D
Greetings Win D ! First a short but most sincere note of appreciation for your on going informative and stimulating out of the box contributions. As you were obviously one of the principal reporters on the Tibetan Woba Sisters, I am taking the liberty of inquiring if there has been any new information that might be shared regarding these ladies and or their special numbers in action. Frankly I have attempted using these numbers in the CA lottery and they do hit often but not in a profitab

The prediction software you've been waiting for?
Even with Pick-3 games, is one full trial (1000 draws) enough to accurately evaluate random draws or do we need more? In the past I have predicted pick 3 straight winning numbers with from 1 to about 100 past draws, with only 1 to 10 past draws most of the time, the few times that I have done this. I then predicted groups of numbers and not just 1 single pick, but at those times more often than not I did easily beat random chance. The problem is no one has identified enough information

Tennessee Lottery oversight committee to convene in November
Gene Osekowsky, said companies he worked for, such as General Mills, would test new systems in tandem with the old system for at least six months before switching. In that way, any kinks could be ironed out. In this case there is nothing to compare RNG drawings are not related to mechanical ball drawings in that computers contain codes and balls don't whats to compare. However had the Tennessee lottery ran their new RNG program for any duration of time i doubt they would know if the RNG pr

In the ongoing quick picks discussions...
Always there are very many more people playing quick picks than those who play their own numbers. Most of those who play their own numbers DO NOT pick their own numbers according to a SOUND system or method based on the game's statistics, that is based on the statistics of the numbers and their patterns. That means that most people who play their own numbers ARE NOT increasing their chances of winning, their own numbers are just as good as quick picks and have just about the same chance

Tennessee Lottery on the hot seat
Tennessee State Senator Jim Kyle, D-Memphis, has asked House Speaker Jimmy Naifeh, D-Covington, and Senate Speaker Ron Ramsey, R-Blountville, to convene the Joint Lottery Oversight Committee as soon as possible to get the lowdown on recent incidents at the Tennessee Education Lottery. This week it was reported that a misprint on Lotto 5, Cash 3 and Cash 4 tickets gave the wrong jackpot for last Saturday night's Powerball drawing. Instead of $15 million, the tickets showed $29 million. The

Mass. Lottery to introduce $20 scratch game
Touted at first scratch game to award $1B in prizes After a year of declining sales and a sweepstakes that left the Massachusetts State Lottery with a $12 million loss, the agency plans to release its first-ever $20 instant ticket, which will reward winners with the largest total prize amount ever given out in the country. Lottery officials tout the game named Billion Dollar Blockbuster as the first instant game in the country to pass the billion-dollar mark in terms of prizes. I

Are Lotteries Required to pay out 80% or more ?
When you see a sign that says Our $1 slots pay 97.4% that means that of every $1000 that goes into a $1 slot in that casino, 974 are paid back out. Don't forget, that's over the long haul- that same slot may not pay a jackpot for days and then pay all day long the next day- over the loing run it will prove to be 97.4% or whatever it is set at. Each state with casinos has their own standard, but yes, they must pay out a certain amount. I think the lowest legal one is somewhere around 80%.
