Iowa and Minnesota lotteries kick off new multi-state game
Not sure why Iowa cancelled their Cash 5 game. Are they downsizing or the lottery is disfavored there? In TX, IL and MN the All or Nothing type game was in addition to their Cash 5 and other existing lotto games. As for why someone would play, to me it's kind of like a Scratch game payouts in an online game: You get better overall odds of 1 in 4.5 and total payout of 60% which is better than most lotto games. And it has a lot more prize tiers, 12, compared to typically 3 or 4 like lotto ga

PA Lottery has a new $30 ticket, Three Million
Yes the only odds that look a little better are the $1,000 odds, and not much better. PA could have made this ticket a lot more interesting to play.

Lottery Imagination.
Of the two games, players will probably get more smaller prize wins in MM, but the majority of those wins will be the bonus number and that pays for the cost of one ticket. One of the playing strategies we see on LP is two combos (whether it's a QP or self pick is irrelevant) played for multiple drawings. IMO, there is no correct way to play jackpot games. The idea of ONLY playing when the jackpot is huge is illogical. It is if the player want a chance in every drawing, but not everyone

Is this strange
The odds for that game are 1 in 41,391,714 so I would say pretty normal if sales per draw are low. I have seen jackpots with lower odds go without a winner longer (i.e. Ohio Classic). Would really need the sales figures to calculate significance

Texas Cash 5
This game is a bugger to hit despite the odds. I play it now and then, but really, the jackpot is peanuts for the odds. I wish they would do away with the $2 prize so the jackpot would be bigger, or better yet do away with the game and bring in a 5 digit game numbers game like Quinto. That will never happen because any new game Texas Lottery Comm starts is gonna be a $2 game.

New pick 7 daily game in Texas
My first thought was the payout for the odds is wacky, considering the $2 cost. Same thing with All or Nothing. I play that one here and there, but I'm about done with it. I getting tired of dropping $2 for the same odds and payouts.

Keno method and strategies
If you want good odds to win more than you wager, the best tip anyone can give you is to play almost any other casino game than Keno. The Keno game offers some of the worst odds in any casino, to the point that the game is virtually guaranteed to be, at best, a slow way to lose all of your money. There is no such thing as a cycle in Keno which makes it impossible to even back test. I hope you guys win a million.
