Right there is the kicker, I'm not selling anything... We DO all have the same goal.I still tweak the RNG seed system (only for PA Midday), but it has yet to impress me with backtesting so I don't waste an

Are Lotteries Rigged
jim695 I don't know if they change all twenty ballsets when one wears out, or if they only replace the worn set, but it shouldn't matter. In GA for Fantasy 5 and other larger games they replaced one ballset every 6 months, or at least that is what I was told. I have no data about the machines, but am aware they can manipulate machine angle and timing to insure randomness of the draw. If you can identify when they change ballsets or machines, you can narrow your odds dramatically on those days

What a little common sense can get you!
Hey what up people, its nice to know that they is a forum on trying to beat the lotto system at its own game. But knowing that thats impossible, posting different sets of pick 4s and pick 3s is just gonna leave you ( players) confused and and for most broke. My opinion is that they is no formula to hitting the lottery. But its won on gut feelings , hunches, dreams ,and that little person on your shoulder. And with a simple program like Pick3/4 ( i'm not affiliated with em but the program

In The Spirit of Sharing : Powerball
Quote: Originally posted by dvdiva on December 11, 2003 i too have a system if you even want to call it thati usually play triples like 22.23.27 etc. then it becomes a 3 of ten plus a 2 of 42(mega) or 43(powerball)my theory is based on the fact that a certain percentage of winning numbers have triples in them. the odds of hitting a triple are 1:720 if you pick the right triple (twenties, teens etc) plus the ~ 1:900 odds of hitting the other two numbers reducing the over all odds by quite a bit

Open Discussion: Define/Refine Prediction
Quote: Originally posted by Millennium on December 11, 2003 One thing I must say to hypersoniq, though: That 9-9-8 method you described comes up totally empty for me. And then you drop the bomb that you aren't even playing it! Please don't do that sort of thing. I think we should only report on methods that have worked, even if they have been sporadic. There's nothing like putting your money where your mouth is. 9-9-8, although not a true system points to a larger possible area of exploration

Steve Player systems - Anyone use them?
Pick-4 Master have you seen/used any of his systems for pick-6? It seems that he's helpful for pick-3/4, but I wonder about pick-5/6 games? The pick 6 system I bought was no better than a RNG chart. He was supposed to write a book on pick-6 systems last summer, but I haven't heard anything about it yet. I also keep in mind that whatever he's selling is for ANY EVERY lottery, so that static # chart was not specific to my game...My advice to anybody that wants to buy a system is to learn how to

Open Discussion: Define/Refine Prediction
Quote: Originally posted by WIN D on November 30, 2003 The general conclusion after awhile is they can't do it, or its not possible. ok, then say we go for 10 numbers, this still leaves 990 combos uncovered and now a miss costs 10x as much... Like I mentioned earlier, it's not like we're trying to get everyone to play just one number, only for this particular attempt at an open-source system.people spend $$$ on systems all the time that don't work with any regularity, I'm talking about attemptin

Open Discussion: Define/Refine Prediction
Quote: Originally posted by hypersoniq on November 21, 2003 DOUBLE announcer theory... look at the previous draw, for example 123... then look at what came after each number in that position... for example, 1 announces a 9 more than any other number... BUT that still doesn't help when you have several thousand results... perhaps looking at the number drawn before the 123 (say, 567) may help... then the question would be.. what number most follows the 1 in that position WHEN THE 1 was preceded by

Wrong lottery numbers get transmitted
A computer error caused some television stations around Louisiana to broadcast the wrong Pick 4 numbers for the Louisiana Lottery's Tuesday night drawing, officials said.A live relay transmission from Louisiana Public Broadcasting to several broadcasters inadvertently transmitted the numbers 0-0-0-0 instead of the winning numbers, which were 1-3-7-9. Lottery officials said 800 Pick 4 tickets were sold with the numbers 0-0-0-0. Due to LPB's transition to a new automated system in our control room

Pick-4 for DUMMIES (TEST)
Ok let's go into the system [Pick-4 for DUMMIES] and see how it works. We give 16 boxed set of numbers each week, 384 straight set numbers (16 x 24). Now let's say that you select out only four (4) of these set of numbers or sixteen straight sets (4 x 4). As a matter of fact we 'Target' out four (4) boxed sets as Q25g (Quest for Twenty-five thousand dollars) more on that later. Back to the four (4) numbers that you will pick out at random.Step-1 you are to play the picks each day boxed at fifty
