Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
There are 12 prizes on WOF. Currently shows 2 left. Odds of GP are 1 in 1.5M so 1,500,000 * 12 = 18 million tickets. Divide that by 60 and you get 300,000 rolls. Throw in the 4% extra tickets and you get 312,000, plus some skipped numbers, it looks like this game goes to Roll 320K or so.
On Average, there should be a Grand Prize every 25,000 or so rolls. Looking at the winning roll numbers, it appears 317823 was meant to be the last prize in the game.

Close Enough?
Close enough is not a very good thing.
But on the NJ pick 3 game you have Pair Bets.
And maybe that is not so bad.
I think that on Tx, we can play pairs only on the pick 4 game.
Pair Bets: Pair Bets allow you to select only two numbers. Match the first two (Front Pair), last two (Back Pair), or first and last (Split Pair) winning numbers and win!

Teresa played 7 lines and won 5x 2of5 last night so only lost 2 bucks. This morning just before I woke up I had a
dream and in the dream there were two of us, a unknown lady and myself. To my left was third person that I could
not see but knew he was there. The lady was handed a piece of paper and she began folding it up like the bellows
of a accordion. When she was finished there was one line centered on one side of the paper. She held it in two hands
and flipped the paper o

Wow!!
A lot of rhetoric over a system and its promises. Are we upset because he guaranteed wins? Or because, according to our thought process, his system is flawed? Are we upset because we think he is misleading the public? Or because it was tried and didn't work?
I've been around awhile, watched, learned, developed my own, tried others, combined some. This is what I've learned.......
The most important rules for winning Pick 3:
You will not win every time!!!

Tackling Thoth...
So.......
I....uh.....redid the LMH chart in the Pick3 summary. Why?
Well, there's this post by jade about relating Pick3/4 to blackjack. In it there are a couple of interesting links.
One, Thoth's Distance indicator where Tialuvslotto describes how she breaks the sets into very low (0 1), low (2-3-4), mid (5-6-7), and high (8 9). Reading her explanation put LMH on burn notice, all the code was replaced with VLMH. Found here:

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
I mentioned it a couple times and even gave links to foreign bookies and the odds, but most of the posters were more interested in showing off their Facebook skills.
I posted a few on topic comments with supporting links.
But you just said the topic was never discussed so according to you, there was nothing to hijack.
Many of the post here are off topic, but not all.
Early on during the primaries, I mentioned how Trump used Archie Bunkerisums and most of my remarks after w

ignore that the narrow topic of the thread was never discussed.

I wonder how many times Todd considered closing the thread, but then decided it was best to keep the vitriol confined to one place?
I thought it stayed open because the poster that weren't taking it so serious were having fun. Artist had a ball showing off

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
Not bragging or looking for a pat on the back, but anyone who can win Pick 4 four times in less than a month is doing something right.
Yes, it is good if a player can win four times in a month but, this is also a case where all the numbers matter when discussing a win. As I said before, how long, how many plays, and the cost of each play wagered will reveal the true performance of your 'substitution method' without any error. I think maybe I wasn't clear enough on the type of math needed to m

Green ball foolishness sounds 100% correct. Nc Lottery is totally rigggggggggggeeeeeeeeeedddddddddddd The proof is in the pudding with the numbers that come out. I advise all of you to go look at the statistics as evidence. What Nc does is set it up to where it s not completely obvious but if you do research you will notice.
Example 1 - the lead off number
1,2,3,4 vs 6,7,8,9. Now statistically the odds of getting a 1,2,3 or 4 as the lead off number is 40% and getting 6,7,8 or 9 is also 40%
