Proof that the Lottery is RIGGED
For sure. When something with odds of 1 in 1000 happens in a game where the odds of the outcome that happens is always 1 in 1000 it's definitely absolute proof that the result wasn't simply a 1 in 1000 chance event.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
If you believe gambling is all about gaining an edge and looking for an odds advantage in your favor, the odds of that happening are about the same as a $1 QP winning MM. Not true at all. It's actually relatively easy to gain an edge over a gamble. Not in most casino games, but relative to your odds of being up in the lottery over any extended amount of play (or even with very little play.) Nope, it's obvious lottery players believe their ticket has the same chance of winning

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Stack, if they don't understand this statement, they are a lost cause. By beat I literally mean to gain an edge. My definition of beating the odds is different than yours. When someone makes a conditional bet, they aren't beating the odds, but when they win the bet, they beat the odds. The only edge that counts in the long run is did you win or did you lose. When I hit that 7-Spot playing Keno, the house had a 30% edge so when I won over $8000, I didn't gain an edge. Are lottery player

Would you still play Mega Millions if your state lottery's jackpot was bigger?
I play games with the better odds. I used to play MO Lotto for many years, refusing to mess with MM or PB. After thinking that it is time to change games, because I felt like I wasn't even winning enough smaller stuff with MO Lotto, I decided to cross the state line to try Hot Lotto (since it is not offered in MO). I hate the fact that it is a computer drawing (so was MO Lotto), but I still refuse to play MM or PB because of the ridiculously high odds (and I don't want that much anyway). I do

How do you determine which scratch-off to buy?
Based on odds and available prizes and ticket price, how do you determine which scratch-off to buy? Is it just a matter of looking at cash odds alone or is it more complicated than that?

Do some number combinations have better odds?
I like the sound of 19 numbers, or even as few as 14 and I dont need to see the math in order to believe you. The main reason we ended up with 28 numbers is because it was easy to measure our ability to beat the odds as we only needed 39 draws to hit 5 of 5 once to match the lotteries stated overall odds

Do some number combinations have better odds?
The claims made have to changed for the past 3+ months. 6 different people overcame the 5 of 5 odds by double (or better) and 2 of those people overcame the the 5+1 odds by 20 times. You keep insisting that it was just luck without putting anything to the test. If random numbers can do the same thing, then why cant anyone show me?

I'm not sure if they have the capacity to understand overcoming the odds. I often wonder if their its impossible to beat the odds philosophy extents to all areas of life or just the lottery?

Do some number combinations have better odds?
No it's not, and it's true. Anything can sound absurd but when I'm telling you all you have to do is a google search to find out and you still just interject with your opinion without looking up the facts, you're the one being ignorant. And it's nothing like a poker game. They are completely different. It's more like saying that you have the same odds of being dealt AA in a 7 person game or heads up. The odds of that AA holding up might be different, b/c of the additional player

I didn't necessarily think you were trying to discourage. Just saying that yeah, it may have some unfavorable odds, but somebody will win and even if it's not you that won in a certain draw, they are playing with the same set of rules and odds as everyone else (I don't think $1 per draw makes much more of a differece than $5 or $10).
