mathmatics and a conspiracy
just talked to another player after mentioning this to him. He uses this as an example.
shuffle a deck of cards
the chances are the same as dealing out six consecutive black number cards including the ace.
try it... not gonna do that too many times out of a hundred.
...........
just seems kinda shady, they could toss a low number in there to kinda make it look good.
guess they want all the marbles.
........
going back to the math, let me give this a try
first number ca

mathmatics and a conspiracy
I've noticed that when the illinois lotto gets above 3 or 4 million
they sometimes draw some unusual numbers
to this day, i'm convinced the fix is in to inflate the grand prize
which in turn brings in more players
...................
it's been 18 years since my last advanced mathmatics class,
maybe someone can help me out. whats the odds that the
difference between the highest number and lowest is less than 21?

International super lottery to create jackpots of $500 million or more
I agree, Coin Toss.
Given the huge amounts of money at stake, corruption in such a lottery would be rampant and unavoidable. Those currently charged with running state lotteries in America are now beginning to whine that it's too hard to make a profit, and that it would be easier and more profitable to privatize this significant stream of state revenue.
If the top prize is $500 million, they'd need to generate two or three times that amount in ticket sales and, from what I read in the a

How to Prove Your Lottery IS Fixed?
....just like casinos, it's not necessary to stack decks and load the wheel - the odds are already with 'em... just a matter of sittin' back, countin' profit dollars.
I was at the MGM casino in Las Vegas a few years back. I happened to be playing their
Cherries Jubilee $1 slot machines at about 1:45pm. (little did I know that they were
going to run a promotion at 2pm to promote their newly installed slot machines).
At this time no one but myself was playing these machines and th
