Can you SMELL that PA STENCH?
Did you all notice that although the new 5/43 game in PA starts at $125,000, it does NOT INCREASE by the same amount (like the 5/39 game did) when the jackpot is not won! Nope, it just increases by $100,000.
And here I consider that FRAUD! 100% legal fraud!
The 5/39 game increased by $100,000 each night. And the new rules clearly state new jackpots start at $125k. Well, why won't they keep their WORD and be HONEST and double the unwon jackpot by the same $125k amount?
I'll tell you why

Give [New Jersey] state Senate President Richard J. Codey credit for trying.
Responding to the governor's assurance that he is open to ideas for solving the state's long-term budget woes, Codey, D-Essex, floated the notion of leasing the state's lucrative lottery. The way Codey figures it, the lottery might be worth billions upfront, and it might even produce some ongoing cash for the state if it is able to negotiate

S, +1, +2 method inquiry
Good Morning Readers,
Am looking for some information on the S, +1, +2 method. I have read a little about it in the postings and I am hoping this discussion can enlighten myself, as well as some other who may be new to the site.
My understanding of the theory is that you use the last drawing as your starting point (S= same numbers drawn), and then use this number, as well as S+1 and S+2 for wheeling for the next drawing. From what I have read, it is said that these numbers are good for

I'm in LOVE!!
First of ...cutting a matrix of ~40 numbers (for pick 5) in half is terrible to begin with ..
I'd agree if the idea is to cut the possible 658,008 combinations in half, but the idea is to cut the starting numbers in half; 5/20 has 15,504 combinations not 329,004 or around a 97% reduction.
Even if somebody could find a method that consistently produced 5 winning numbers out of 20, $15,504 a pop is way too high for a serious lottery player. Wheels are designed to lower the playing cost to

Texas students rank USA lotteries
California, Pennsylvania best; Tennessee worst
Gerald Busald is at it again.
For more than a decade, the 65-year-old math professor at San Antonio College has turned scrutiny of the Texas Lottery into a classroom project. Armed with calculators, Busald and his students have exposed false advertising, attracted the media spotlight and sparked change.
This year, Busald and his students are aiming beyond Texas. On Friday, they unveiled a ranking of every lottery in the United States based

Most lottery players never see big payoff
At a convenience store with a hilltop view of Williams-Brice Stadium, Jeff Connor scribbles five numbers on a Palmetto Cash 5 lottery slip.
If I've got 20 extra dollars, I'll put 10 percent or so into the lottery. Just like tithing, he said.
Connor estimates he spends $20 to $30 per week on lottery games for a very simple reason: I'd like to be a millionaire.
Meet the bread and butter for the Palmetto State's lotto.
They're residents who play regularly but have never won big. And
