Guru, I am on a mission! A mission to expose what I believe is a crooked and corrupt lottery. i.e The Hoosier Lottery. As to sales figures and payout information...well I don't think a cirizen of this state should have to go undercover and plant bugs to get information that is suppossed to be in the public domain.
