Do some number combinations have better odds?
And what are your odds, hmmm? Or are we not going to know that until after the drawing and you calculate your odds based on how good your guess was?

Jimmy4164, I believe the intuition they speak of is an internal knowing of patterns in the data they are and have been working with. It's more of a faith. Faith in knowing that they have seen something over and over and over, and know what they are seeing in their work. Faith, intuition, whatever you want to call it is far more overlooked in the world today and has been cast aside as it appears to be nothing. Like some mythical nothingness. Faith leads to knowledge, and therefore knowing. Int

Multi-state Wild Card game to change
Hey, I remember you saying this, and they really ought to consider it. It's nice to have an easier game to work on. It's 1 in a million odds for JP but so much better than the astronomical odds of Powerball or Megamillions.

If the odds are constant, why does it say the odds against matching the bonus number is 1 in 75 when any self pick player can match the bonus number by playing all 46 bonus numbers?

A sure fire way to increase your odds of winning would be to free up some of the hours you currently spend pondering your selections and spend them on a part time job, using all the money earned to buy MORE TICKETS like those above. Not only Boney, Mediabrat, and myself will agree that you are increasing your odds of winning something, but every mathematician in the world as well!

The point is that if somebody cannot even do the simple math to explain the odds of winning a 4/8 game, then their claim that they have better odds than others is certainly without merit.

Odds against are calculated by a ratio of losing chances to winning chances. Roulette has 38 numbers so by betting on five numbers, you reduce the losing changes by 5; 38 - 5 = 33. Since there is only one winning number, the odds against are 33 to 1. I should have clarified that you never proved that you can change your odds PER TICKET. The conversation has always been about combinations of numbers and specifically 28 numbers. If someone even thought one ticket has better odds than anoth

1 in 27 odds pick 3 great?
I think it would be according to how much I'd have to invest to win 500.00 with those odds...If i'm going to pay a dollar, I'd rather have a chance on winning a larger jackpot, despite the better odds, but that's just me.....Perhaps the fly-by-nighter will return and tell us more about what his toss and run question is all about........
