What they should have said is that it will prevent duplicates as a result of flaws in the system. Ten tickets were printed with ten lines on each ticket and two of the ten tickets had ten identical combos. It was a real flaw and probably be unnoticed hadn't one player bought 100 tickets. If QP's are random we should expect duplicates in direct proportion to the odds of the game. Maybe, but after more than half of all the combos are sold, the odds favor one of those combos repeating.

I play online. I use US....LOTTERIES. I play 15 states 10 high freq numbers in the range of the top 30 highest freq numbers. I play 25 cents. That cost 37.50. I win about 2 - 4 pick 3's each day. My post Earlier--- #1 is boiling hot like thread starter has.. However I think 1-X-X-X-36.. Got four five day ticks on a 1-36 it is way due to hit this puppy.. just fill in the xs.. also a 33-36 is bigtime due as stated.. I put one no. on that.. good pick.. #33 when it hits.. Last time that I checked Paurt's LotSoftFreeWheeler was not able to filter out the produced-wheeled straight pick 3 numbers from the 1000 straight source of pick 3 numbers. But it appears as if Todd's Deflate 3 system can do it and also the Slasher can.
