Plunger
My theory is this, basically:
I play overdue numbers, and play the mathematics of the game. At some point, the odds of winning have to even out, even if it comes down to an individual number. When you do start playing, my theory is that you must play to WIN, not to break even or lose just a little bit, but to win. To each individual case, I apply a progression. What that means is that you bet enough to make a profit, which could be one draw or 30 draws. But let's say that you want

Florida Fantasy 5 Number Strategy
C'mon man are you telling me you have not won the thing at least once with all that fancy computer stuff you presented? Tell the truth, you have been a single winner at least once and a multiple winner at least once, right? You have to be to be kept happy like you said.
God I hate it when the 4/5 pays a whopping $93.00 like it did tonight. Speaking of tonight 12 winners, good God, wow they each get about $20k.
Actually in my case, It aint no biggy. It aint no money just enough to keep m

New PA Game - Mix And Match
To all.
I did find some info on Payouts on the new $2 Mix and match game.
The Match
all 5 in order wins jackpot; starting at $50,000 and progressing.
4 in order pays $1,000
3 in order pays $100
2 in order pays $4
1 in order gets a free ticket.
The MIx
All 5 not in order pays $2000
Any 4 anywhere pays $20
Any 3 anywhere pays $2.
As in match six, these two ways can be added together. There are 17 different ways to win. Since there is only a total of 19

5/39 Schooling...
LottoVanatage,
In spite of the fact that my system is a work in progress I have shared it in threads in the system and math forums. Basically it looks at the profile of previous winning numbers using letters. The letters represent the most recent drawings in which each number has hit and the numbers of hits at the time. For example every combination is compared with previous drawings in the following manner.
10/20/06 17 18 21 34 39

The Spider System
If I play ALL the straight combinations with those leadoffs(600 total), and one of them falls, then I WIN the straight Daily Pick3 digit lottery payoff!!!!

OK, the number came in, now, how much did you spend and how much did you win? (Even if it's 'on paper').
At 50 cents straight it's an outlay of $300 to win $250, at $1 it's $600 to win $500.

Workout for Pick 5, 5+ and 6 games
RJOH recently commented on the lack of workouts for Pick 5, Jackpot and Pick 6 games in LP.
I think just about all serious lottery players have various schemes they use to pick their numbers. Having massaged lottery numbers for many years, I suspect some of the systems, which I call substitutes, key on frequency of individual numbers, odds and evens, roots, sums, and a variety of other data streams based on winning numbers for a particular game.
Complexity is probably the reason why player
