MUSL employee arrested in Hot Lotto jackpot mystery
If Crawford Shaw read some LP member's opinion, he probably assumed it was someone just trying to collect anonymously.
He allegedly used friends in Texas, one of which was a lawyer, to contact a Canadian man about claiming the prize because the winner wanted to remain anonymous.
We know Shaw was involved because he tried to validate the ticket on behalf of Hexam Investments Ltd., but proving he was helping Tipton commit two counts of fraud will be almost impossible. There is the question i

MUSL employee arrested in Hot Lotto jackpot mystery
This one always stunk to high heaven; who gives up $16 million? And that screwball attorney with his idiotic claims refusal to follow lottery procedure was a huge red flag. Now it all makes sense. Too bad @ Mr. Tipton; he not only didn't collect on a millions to one lottery win, but will be fired (if he hasn't been already) from his place of employment. Sad, sad, sad...

MUSL employee arrested in Hot Lotto jackpot mystery
Not very smart of Mr. Tipton. He knew he wasn't legally allowed to play in the first place and he still bought tickets anyways and then tried to claim the prize.

do you think the lottery uses encryption like the enigma machine??
You could use the SEARCH function.
Couple of things though....
1. You have to know if your game is using a pseudo random number generator (PRNG) or a true random number generator (TRNG).
2. The Eddie Tipton mess proved the need for some changes and I'm not sure anyone knows what changes were made. Even if you look at his defense it doesn't help. He claims he was exploiting an existing flaw in the system. He found if the draws were on Wednesday or Saturday, after 8:00PM the numb

Lottery jackpot rigger's Iowa convictions dismissed
In a news article titled
Five times computer programmer Eddie Tipton rigged lottery draws - and won millions

Do you think he wasn t greedy enough to buy a ticket on all the winning days. Believe me that is all he got caught on.
What makes me sick is
The brothers will repay $3 mill

A Texas Lottery jackpot was "bought" last year, but legislators are pushing wrong solution
Media echo chamber confuses problem and misleads public
Exclusive Lottery Post investigative report
By Kate Northrop
Last year, a New Jersey-based group essentially bought a $95 million Lotto Texas jackpot by purchasing all the possible number combinations. Now state legislators are eying possible measures to prevent it from happening again, but those solutions may do more harm than good.
A New Jersey-based group called Rook TX gamed the odds by buying nearly every number combin

We Already Know...
Weather is probably a pretty good answer. The cat? I don't know. Something is wrong with his mouth. He needs to set a vet.
My answer is the matrix.
The thing we learned from Eddie Tipton is you can cheat the lottery but you still have to play numbers within the matrix.
At the same time you have to conjure a set that (you hope) no one else will play.
Of course, that thought touches on how much the lottery (or at least Eddie Tipton) knew from lottery numbers about human behavi

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Well they certainly didn't like Eddie Tipton manipulating their numbers so maybe they don't like you doing it also.
Eddie Tipton was no doubt cheating,.. but I hope you aren't comparing ME to HIM..!!, for I'm not cheating ..I'm reading the Laws that Govern Stochastic processes..and it tells ME that Lottery Officials are cheating..for just as I've always said.. Math doesn't lie,.. because it can't ..
Now , you see my tickets..the same Math that points out the Bonusballs, will also po

Ok I'm officially bold out -WAIT FOR IT
Captain Obvious here. Every combination is equally possible in a truly random drawing.
I agree with you when pseudo random generated numbers look weird, because they likely are.
Human in is human out.
Computer in is computer out.
Tipton in is Tipton out.

Somewhat related side story. I recall a restaurant (name withheld in case they are watching this board , but they're really proud of their chicken menu) offered a bunch of car give aways. Turns out every single car was won
