Do you have 50k to give away
Odds are if you play, you're going to lose and if you play a lot odds are you will only win back about 10% of what you spend so if you can't stand losing then you shouldn't play. Lotteries can't pay millions of dollars on a $1 ticket without someone losing millions of dollars.

Man, these Ohio Scratch Offs are BRUTAL!! I play the $20 games back home, and I like the fact that Ohio shows the matrix of all prize levels left, etc.....but odds of 1:3.34 for a twenty dollar game???!!! The best odds for the $20 games up here is 1 in 3.26. That's insane!!!!!!!! It's worse than Billion Dollar Blockbuster down in Florida. I broke even a couple times, and hit for $25 a couple times but man, loser after loser so far.

Thanks dr65, When I scratched off the caller card G-48, I completed the line on card 6 with a $90 winner, but when I revealed the 3 letter validation codes, Instead of NTY, I saw THN, and saw the odds which was 1:11,250, I had better odds of winnig $1,000 on BDB....

Are the following odds correct?
Hello,
If playing a 5if5 100% in 16 numbers wheel, CM in the detailed report says that there is a 10.4% of all numbers landing in one line. My question is, are really the odds 10 in 100 or 1 in 10 that all 6 numbers will land in one line? If this is the case, this would seem a good wheel for a group play.
Also, is there a chart that states the odds of getting all 6 numbers in a 14,16 etc number wheel?
Thanks
Spy

Powerball 28 The Most overdue Red Ball
The odds of it showing up tonight depends on the total number of times it shown up in all the drawings including the test drawings. I'll wait for it to show up in an official drawings before calculating those odds.

NY Scratch-off Discussion
I see what you mean, well the monopoly ticket does have a raffle so that could be why odds are crappy in comparison to set for life. The new triple million ticket has pretty reasonable odds at least..

Florida Fantasy 5 vs. Florida Scratchers
I don't play lotto anymore, just scratch off. The odds of winning ANYTHING with lotto is pretty remote while the odds of winning something from scratch off is quite high. I won like 50 bucks 7 times already but never won more than 2 bucks from lotto.

Help me undertsand odds
Scratch-Offs have the Odds Info Printed on the back of the Ticket: In addition a Summary Sheet that explains the Games Odds should be available where you buy your Tickets. Have you reviewed the NY Lottery Website for the Game you are Playing?
