Post your scratch ticket results
Odds of 40 dollars is 1:100; and 50 dollars is 1:200 on the Lucky Cherry Slots; thus statistically one would have to buy 300 of these tickets on average to get both a 40 and a 50 dollar winner. So if 60 tickets had 40 and 50 dollar winner; that is 5X better than average. The prize table on that ticket has decent odds of some of the upper tier prizes, so it doesn't have as many 40 and 50 dollar prizes; so if not hitting the big prize the scenario that unfolded was decent.

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Sweet Millions is tough I don't mess with that game. I guess I would play only if I had a strong feeling about 6 lucky numbers. I wouldnt play that game looking for a 2nd prize win because a 2nd prize win matching 5 out of 6 numbers correctly only pays out $500.00 THe odds of correctly matching 5 out of 6 numbers in Sweet Millions for a $500.00 prize are 1 in 18,815. The odds of a straight hit and $500.00 payout in pick 3 are 1 in 1,000.(Hit any pick 3 number for $1 straight and win $500.0

Pennsylvania: 5/1 - 5/31/2011
maybe this will help...we should have 2 odds and one even or all three will be odd...in the last 8 draws we have had 6 evens and 2 odds..so the evens are ahead so we should get an odd now...

NY Scratch-off Discussion
Yeah but the odds are basically the same either way. You'd have to literally buy hundreds of thousands of tickets to increase your odds realistically.

Best lottery advice anyone can give you..
Best advice is join a group and increase your odds of winning anywhere from 10 fold to 50 fold. Can't beat those odds with any other system.

NY Scratch-off Discussion
the odds in ny are terrible and that just the 5 dollar game and the odds of hiting 500 in the ten dollar game is 1 in 1750 so theres not a good chance in small prizes compared to florida.

It would be fun if an uberball lottery was created.
The odds on MM and PB are high enough, thank you. And the jackpots, even starting over are plenty high enough also. I do think eventually we will see MM and PB merge into one game. And with that, a change in the matrix, odds, and jackpot amounts.

If you had 10 bucks to bet...
Probably there are better ways to prove it knowing at one end playing one combination the odds of matching 5/5 are 1:575,757 and at the other end playing 575,757 combinations the odds of matching 5/5 are 1:1 or absolute so the closer you are to an absolute win the less likely you will lose same as playing one combinations 575,757 times isn't likely to have the same outcome as playing all 575,757 possible combinations once even if you have 575,757 chances to match 5/5.
