going CRAZY trying to figure out the numbers?
Great post. I sometimes fall into the category of neurotic number picker. Sometimes I want to use a system, and sometimes I want to just go random as I think they have just about the same odds. Mostly, I use a combination of a system and a bunch of randoms. But I agree, you shouldn't think too much especially considering the odds are nine figures to 1, regardless of what or how you do it.

Teacher won Powerball lottery jackpot in 1993, now runs camp for kids
In less than 20 years the odds of winning the PB jackpot went from 1 in 54 million, to 1 in 192 million...doesn't seem right to increase the odds so much in such a short period....lucky guy who gave back to the community.....nice story

PB Quick pick odds.
I buy one QP ticket per drawing because my theory is it only takes one ticket to win...and always play the Power Play $2.00. The last 4 draws I have won a total of $463. Buying more than one ticket does not increase your odds of winning by that much. Odds are very high. QP are best in my opinion.

Positive cash flow System?
No such system exists. When the odds of winning the smallest prize is 1:10 and winning it pays $1 then you're are never going to win more than you spend unless you win the jackpot. Payout amounts are such that you have to beat the odds of winning a prize by a factor of 100 or more just to get back what you spent to play.

Ohio Classic Lotto STILL going up!
With a jackpot of $25.8M (cash value of $14.3M) and odds of 1:13.9M of winning, it might start attracting gamblers who don't mind spending a $100+ on a game with a prize greater than the odds of winning it.

Self-described 'lottery freak' buys $88M Powerball ticket
Wheeling doesn't improve your odds of winning, it just guarantees a minimum win if all the winning numbers are in the pool of numbers that you wheeled. For example, you can wheel all 49 numbers of a 6/49 game in 163 lines and be guaranteed a match 3 which in Ohio pays $2, but your odds of winning the jackpot would be the same if you bought 163 randomly picked combinations.

Ohio Classic Lotto STILL going up!
Rolling Cash5 with its $429K jackpot and odds of 1:576K may get some of Classic Lotto players attention. It not often that a game's jackpot cash amount gets close to its odds of being won.

71 % good chance ...and thats a lot for anything lottery.
This is not about doubles. Not to mention .... I've already explained the odds to you several times including the doubles and proved you wrong . Again..... the ODDS (including doubles, trips, and SINGLE numbers) that at least one of the 3 digits from the last single number to repeat in the next draw is ............ Exactly 65.7 % ....and this is for all pick 3 games. Odds are Odds ....and weird examples and the errant number stats you use are just that...... exceptions. It may be so

An abundant of riches.
If the jackpot is low I'll play the megaplier. I figure trying to win 250K is like hitting the Tx 2 Step except 2 Step odds are roughly half of MM odds for 5+0.
